Breakfast was really nice! Arrived early, before check in time, and staff offered to get us into our room early, but was not necessary given our plans. Pool was a good time too.

Breakfast needs to be healthier: NO VEGTABLE at all, NO Healthy bread, NO variety of spreads (Cottage, cheese, avocado ...)

The distance from the water park, but it worked out well anyway.

It was very clean and modern. The room was very comfortable and met our needs very well. We truly enjoyed the amazing staff omg I couldn’t brag enough about the warm welcome and excellent customer service throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

I must say there isn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel or my stay there. I loved how they were willing to help with anything I needed and how very attentive they were to my meet not just my needs but my 4yr olds sons needs as well. The staff really took the time and made us feel like we were more than just “guests”.

The property, when I walked in was very modern and up to date looking. Very well laid out. I smelled nothing but cleanliness and got the sense positive an atmosphere and staff were very welcoming to me and my son. My son loved the pool too! That was one of the reasons why I picked this hotel. Breakfast was outstanding also, they always made sure all the hot and cold items stayed filled for everyone.

We weren’t able to lock our bathroom door as there was no lock.

Booked a last minute trip to this hotel for a change of scenery. Property was well maintained. Breakfast offered a variety of great options. Hotel was in close proximity to everything we wanted to do during our stay. Hotel staff was friendly. One in particular stood out to us. Overnight concierge, Devin, was amazing. After a day out with the family we went out to grab some late night eats and were greeted by Devin in the lobby. He was very personable and was very knowledgeable about the local area and provided great recommendations for things to do. Overall, a great stay!

Was promised a full king suite, but bed seemed more like a queen and for a suite the room was small. Breakfast policy was kind of weird (can only get certain food on certain days), complimentary water and coffee was hardly available. In room climate controls were odd. I had shit off the HVAC, but it still came on every once in a while anyway

Room was clean, cozy, and comfy. Staff was great, having a smart TV was a definite bonus.

The children running up and down the hallway going to the indoor pool; parents need to do a better job supervising their children and teaching them to be considerate of other guests.

I enjoyed my hot breakfast sandwich and yogurt bar; it was a perfect start.
