Becoming pricey. Charging $25 extra per hour for late check out was not fun. Swimming pool needs to be extended. Gets crowded….

Breakfast was meh - the pancakes were good, eggs and sausage were almost tasteless. The coffee was great, though the cups were too small. For a single person, or a couple, the noise level in the breakfast area was a low roar due to the children present. The hotel, like most, was across the street from the beach, but a good distance from the nearest crosswalk. Cross from the hotel at your own peril. Our upstairs "neighbors" were very heavy footed and their children often ran in the room. Complaints to the front desk didn't resolve this. The hotel is pet-friendly, which resulted in dogs whining in the room while their family was out.

The room was nice and clean, with plenty of space. We had a balcony with a great view of the beach. Good sized parking lot included EV charging spots. Not enough handicapped parking, though.

I was traveling with a friend that's mostly blind and not one of the many staff offered to assist. That would have made it a 10. Barking dog next door. Went on forever. Booking.com says this room is a two bedroom. I paid for that but it wasn't. You have more front row parking for electric than handicap. This made it tough on us.

I loved the location. I loved that it's clean. I loved the shampoo and conditioner. I loved there were plenty of towels I loved the decor. I loved the room with kitchen and lots of counter space and a couch. I loved the bed and pillows... So comfy.

The breakfast was adequate - I do not enjoy sausage patties, and bacon was not offered. The bagels and cream cheese were very nice. The balcony was lovely, but we could not turn off the light to sit outside after dark. The bed was comfortable, and the A/C worked well

The only thing that was a little frustrating is that the room we reserved online was not available when we arrived so we were given a room with an obstructed view the first night of our stay. The staff did accommodate us by allowing us to change rooms the morning of the 2nd day.

We love the location, the staff, rooms and the included breakfast.

Microwave in room 201 don't work. Water pressure is too low in shower. Room 205 same have a lower pressure in the shower.

Having to pay parking for a facility you're paying to stay at. (WANT TO SHOP AT MY STORE? PAY ME TO PARK IN MY LOT.)?, Room had no balcony, water is too soft ( you know.. the feeling when you can't rinse soap off your body) 😬 and ONLY 2 ELEVATORS

I called before coming and asked about the fees for a ESA animal. Was told there was no charge for it! She verified this with someone else there also... Got there the next day and was told I had to pay $75 plus a $50 accidental fee. Seems like you need to get your staff on the correct page! Was also disappointed with the refrigerator door! Couldn't open the fridge or freezer all the way. There was also damages to both doors from previous people who stayed due to this I'm sure!
