Breakfast was horrible

Although the breakfast was free they didn’t have two things that match. Ex: waffles/no butter or syrup, cereal/no milk, cream and sugar but no coffee. There’s also A LOT of construction right beside the hotel which made it a little confusing entering in.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. It was really homey and comfortable I would stay again.

The refrigerator didn't cool as well as it should. The handle was about to fall off the bathroom door. The pillows were horrible. Soft and flat as can be, even when doubling up on them.

Love the price, location and size of the room. We always try to pick a Home2 Suites if possible in the location we are staying. They are very comfortable when you have to be away from home.

The bathroom/shower was not totally clean. No vent in the bathroom. Very stuffy hallways and elevators.

The location was convenient to activities we attended. The room was spacious. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen was convenient, though we did very little/no cooking. In room coffee was good. Breakfast was very adequate. Friendly staff.

I wish the pool was temperature controlled! The weather outside was warm but because there was no sun the water was cold.

The room was clean and spacious, with lots of cabinets and countertops to store your stuff. The kitchenette was great! Dishes, glasses and utensils were all there. We enjoyed the breakfast, it had a decent selection and the employee working in the kitchen was very nice and accommodating to our dietary restrictions.

The carpet needs cleaning, and the hot water was slow

Huge room with many nice features such as a full fridge, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, loads of drawer space, a desk, comfortable beds, black out shades, big windows, and a nice sofa. The staff was delightfully friendly and the property is quite nice. Breakfast was a real plus. I’d stay here again.

Not enough towels for the 4 people in our room

The A/C was leaking so the floor was wet. We told the staff and they were supposed to bring stuff to us and never did. Maybe they forgot because it was Thanksgiving. Also did not have sugar syrup and breakfast was the same every day

The top hinge and door on room 103 is damaged causing the door to sag and very hard to open.

Still same old crappie AC window units which make tons of noise. Not sure why that’s still allowed in newer buildings. (Obviously nothing the staff can influence)

Good location for us visiting family nearby. Very friendly staff. Helpful dividing curtain between bed and sleeper couch. That‘s simple and nice when traveling with kids. Breakfast was okay. Nothing special but have seen worse in US hotels.

Fridge in room was not cooling, shower gel receptacle was empty...sad to say did not realize until in shower, had to use shampoo to bathe.🤨

I was there for work stayed 2 weeks and all was fine. Spacious room, parking available, great location et friendly staff. Special mention to Rohet who care about guests and always smiling, friendly and asking and willing to help guests whenever needed. Thanks a lot and keep it up.

Our room was not fully clean, the sink was disgusting and there were stains in the bathroom.

Breakfast was poor and the hot meal bowl was slowly put out, so many guests never even knew it was served.

Maybeline was super helpful and prompt to find us one more room to our group. She had a smile on her face all the time even though it was a late check in.

the bed only had 2 pillows and they were very thin and flat also linens on the bed were missing. we had a king bed. not comfortable at all

My only complaint for the stay was the bed. That bed was so uncomfortable. I could not sleep on it, and neither could my husband. My adult children also had a hard time sleeping comfortably on their beds. I had to nap on the couch just to get some rest.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect choice for the extended stay over the holidays. The room was very spacious, lots of seating options, plenty of storage for our personal items. The kitchen area was more than adequate, but the best part of it was the large refrigerator. We didn't have to eat take out the whole stay, we could buy actual groceries and store them with no issues. The bathroom was clean and spacious, too. The free breakfast was good, not many choices, but enough to sustain you and satisfy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and no one bother you unless you needed something cleaned or replaced.

The wifi wasnt able to connect. The receptionist used some hotel code to connect it for us. There was no soap in the washrooms. We hadto ask for soap shampoo and conditioner. the receptionist was pretty much running a one man show. helping connect wifi. bringing soap and she had all soaps and conditioners in her drawer. There was no stove even though there was a full kitchenette. When we inquired they said the hot plate would cost like a 150 dollars per night and so we thought better not to use it.

The best thing was the space in the room. The cleanliness was also the best. The recptionist was nice on our arrival.
