Clean room and friendly staff.

No breakfast and uncomfortable bed.

There was problem with the color of the water, but we found out the next morning it was all of West Memphis problem. It was the water plant or something. They lost water for the day, so that was why it was rusty color when I first turned it on.

It was fine other than that. The bed was really comfortable.

There was a water problem out with the property’s control. The management were very good about it.

Although in an area I initially was concerned about, the room was very clean and safe. I am familiar with West Memphis AR. I wasn't concerned about the area, the check in process was very safe and my room was in a well lighted area. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Good water pressure for shower.

Non smoking room that smelled like smoke. Noisy neighbor and the bed was terrible. Our last stay was exceptional. Pretty bummed about this stay.

Not only was the room spacious, but I really liked the mattress and bedding. Everything was very clean, and I appreciated the good counter space in the bathroom. Staff were welcoming and professional. It topped my expectations.

It was the complete opposite of that HORRIBLE Motel 6 I stayed the night b4. It smelled good, everything was clean and it was a smoking room that didn’t smell like smoke. I loved it and will stay there the next I’m in Memphis

There was literally nothing wrong with room, the only I can say bad about it was very minor and that was the toilet seat would stay up when I went to urinate but that was it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

No breakfast. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and polite. The lady at night was very accommodating else well. Also had ice and $1.00 sodas too.

People hardheaded. Someone had been smoking in my room beforehand.

The room was nice, a breakfast or pool would have been nice touches, but the staff were friendly, the room was a good value and spacious, and it was close enough to downtown Memphis that I could get there with a 10 min drive.

A breakfast/ pool would have been nice touches, but hardly a necessity. As far as a room goes it was good value, nice staff, and a good location. Anything I could have asked for would just have been nice touches to have but hardly necessary for a good trip. I'd give it a solid 8/10 stars

Super friendly staff and overall clean room.

Beds were too firm for my liking, flat pillows, thin bedding.

Conveniently located off the interstate, they had a first floor room

Rooms open to the outside are not my favorite

Shower was clean, relatively close to downtown Memphis

When we checked in, the receptionist was behind safety glass so this is not a normal hotel — room smelled bad, towels thin and scratchy, furniture missing - no desk or desk chair, tiny nightstand, loud a/c, bathroom did not have separate light and fan— only reason we booked was b/c of the high rating on Booking— it certainly did not live up to it.
