We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The beds were extremely small for two people. They only give you two towels and we had four people. I did ask the lady working and walking around for two more towels. I said I had four people and it was on the registration. She said she would go check, and she never came back and she never brought me my towels. I don’t understand why you get two towels in every room very stingy if you ask me.. the area was absolutely perfect!

United StatesOn calling the hotel to double check the reservation, I asked if there was a continental breakfast provided or if there were restaurants close by that offered breakfast, I was told that the hotel had a continental breakfast but that there were also restaurants close by if we chose to go to them. There was not a continental breakfast on our arrival they had used a sharpie and scratched out the words on the brochure stating same.

Pool was ok but smokers above the chairs kept ashing on the pool chairs and there were holes burned in all of them.

United StatesThe staff was ignorant disrespectful, and they're definitely not pet friendly. I had a service pet and they threw a fat about it and tried to charge me extra for a service dog it is not hand handicap accessible it has one little ramp in the back of the building and a few parking out front and an elevator the staff was totally disrespectful. They don't let you stay in that handicapped spot out front to make you move to the back or to another spot. They also asked for a $100 cash deposit. When you arrive, the swimming pool is not handicap. Accessible, the ramp in the back is not built right? It is literally crooked. And unsafe. Every time I would push my son on it, he would feel like he was going to fall out sideways. Or head first if you do not have the documents they tried to tell me for my son. Serviced, Doug that they were gonna doing to charge me $15 extra a day and by state regulations. I have been told I was not ever forced to show them. And everywhere you go on the property, it smells like marijuana. And there is residents here that stay here, just not for a vacation. But as a home that fight twenty 24/7 the staff do not even want to give us extra pillows. They did not come in and clean the room. The whole time we were here, we're empty trash. They did not. Want to even give us extra pillows? That gave us one extra pillow. The pillows were flat as shit. They only gave us 2 hand tails to dry off with No extra towels after that for 3 guess and we were here from thursday until a Monday, which is today and it sucked I will never recommend or stay here ever. Again

United StatesEverything, sketchy people everywhere, loud smoking people standing outside of our room door that had a broken safety lock, rude people at the check-in, dirty and wore out facilities, unreasonable pricing, when I got out of my vehicle in the parking lot, a guy walking his dog back to his room said make sure you lock your car up! I’ve paid less for much more, would not recommend,would not stay again.

United StatesThe hotel advertises a kitchen in your room. They don’t give you ANYTHING for that kitchen’s use without paying a fee for a “kitchen set-up”. Not even a cup to heat water. The lobby coffee was only available part time & was cold. The styrofoam cups from lobby MELTED in room microwave. The fitness room was closed; electrical problem. The front desk staff argued with me when I asked to get something to heat up water in room. And, the snack vending machine took my money but dispensed nothing! There is a weird smell in The hotel, too.
Clean. That’s really the only positive.
