Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The staff were invaluable and kind. The breakfast was amazing. I will say the best part was the Down Dreams pillows. The bed was also extremely comfortable. I ordered the pillows from Amazon so I had them when I got home! The suite made it ideal to stay for the night or longer. I will be using Homewood Suites every time I have a Doctor's Appointment. It's located within a few blocks of UAB Highlands and The Kirkland Clinic. I will also try other Homewood Suites for vacation. Im a customer for life.

The hotel was in a great location. Parking reviews were questionable; however, we had no issues. Safe secure parking. The hotel was clean, newer property, room size was spacious - studio suite. We travel a lot and were very impressed with the comfortable beds, pillows, quiet room, updated features, etc.

United StatesI am quite upset with the staff at this location. While we were there the staff was helpful and courteous. When I left I realized that I had left my earrings behind on the counter in the bathroom. I called and they said that nobody turned them in to Lost and Found. The house cleaners had left for the day. They said I should call back in the AM which I did. Nobody admitted to seeing my earrings. The person on the phone was quite dismissive. I found the whole situation unacceptable.

United StatesI had to ask for another room because our door was jammed after we carried our bags all the way to our room and then back down for a new room. The breakfast was not good this time compared to previous stays. The past 3 times I have stayed here the parking lot gate has been broken and just stayed open.
I like that it is very close to the UAB Kirkland Clinic that I go to every few months.
