United StatesI chose this property because it had an airport shuttle. But when I requested the shuttle for my 7am flight, they told me they couldn’t do a 5:30 pickup so I had to use a taxi service.

United StatesBedroom lights didn't work , even after trying new light bulbs - so had to switch to a different room. Was told adjoining rooms were possible but found out they were not. Told the 2 Rooms were next door but not. Then had to move farther away due to bedroom lights not working. Water shut off in the morning about 10:00 for about 2 hrs during our late stay on the last day. Was not told keys automatically don't work after 11:00 on day of checkout even though we were authorized with a late check out til noon. A third room booked by a family member were told they would be on the same floor and were not. They thought the place looked weathered, but had some convenient amenities. The phone in our bedroom didn't work because there was no cord to plug it into the wall. Good thing they had another phone on the kitchen/ dining area. Maid service was every other day. They usually came in late afternoon 3:00 pm when we were back from being out most of the day, and it was unnerving and a little awkward. Maid service doesn't usually vacuum the room ( not listed on their routine cleaning) but we stayed for 5 nights / 6 days and it was never vacuumed. Apparently they don't vacuum the hallways either, although I have seen a vacuum in the hallway with their cleaning carts, the same set of crumbs were in the hallway around the corner from the elevators for 4 straight days, and were not vacuumed by the time we checked out.
Breakfast offered a variety of things.

United StatesI wish breakfast started earlier than 7. I know staffing may be an issue but truly, travelers sometimes get up and going early, we would have loved for our kids to get something to eat before we left but 7 is way too late in the morning. Some hotels start at 5, which is so preferred.
Best stay we’ve had in a while and we traveled quite a bit this summer. We had to come to town for just one night for our sons football game. Was a quick trip but was great. The staff was wonderful.
