We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was convenient and decent. Breakfast was really good and since the one building has two hotels, you have access to both breakfasts.

CanadaApparently they just went on a new system, I booked 2 rooms, after about 20 mins I was able to get the first room. For the second room we waited for another 25-30 minutes at the desk. The person checking us in would just leave the front desk and not tell us anything then come back 20 minutes later. We finally said to work it out and call us in the first room when they had it figured out. We checked in at 6;15( check in is at 3) I was actually helping other guest behind me as I told them to go over the other lobby and have the hampton suites to check them into the homewood suites.
Location was good seems a bit pricey for the location though. the lady at the valet parking was fantastic.
