Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesDid not participate in the breakfast. The location was the main reason for choosing this property. The room was clean but when I got out of bed the next morning there were ants all over the desk in the room. Did not have any food in the room for this to be an attraction for them. There is only one elevator for this property and it was rather slow going between floors. Also was not a fan of the no vending machines on the property. Drinks down at the front desk were way overpriced and not a good selection. Had to walk to a local store to get drinks.

United StatesThe breakfast didn’t start until 7am, which I think is late. We were there for a volleyball tournament that started at 7, so we had to go elsewhere for breakfast that morning. I guess it didn’t really matter because the breakfast looked horrible. The second morning we were able to try the breakfast. The hot choices were taco meat, some sort of white chunky stuff (still have no idea what it was) and precooked sausages. There were many carb based choices, but that doesn’t work for a diabetic diet. Honestly, it looked so bad, we chose to leave the property and pay for breakfast. That was a big disappointment. I expected it to be a good breakfast because everything else in the hotel was amazing. When we were checking out in the morning I asked the lady at the front desk for a receipt. She said she could not give me one because I “booked through a 3rd party”. I asked if I could at least have the total I would be charged. She said no. I’d have to get that from Booking.com. I stay in many hotels and that has never happened before.
The gentleman at the desk was so friendly and welcoming! The room was excellent. Very clean and comfortable.

United StatesThe room lighting was a little dim, and some of the decor was shabby and ripped. It didn't bother us, as we were only staying for one night, but if you were there a long time, it might be something to ask the front desk to have swapped out for undamaged items.
The hotel manager was very responsive and attentive. It was in a very nice area, close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The room was clean.
