We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWish the pool had been larger. Pool was full of kids all evening. Not the hotels fault, but consequently I didn’t end up using it and I had really hoped too. I just couldn’t deal with multiple yelling children having way too good of a time. Sometimes I wish facilities had adult only quiet hours. Maybe a suggestion for future.
Clean rooms and common area. Room had fridge, freezer and mini kitchen area. Would have been great for a longer stay. Close to downtown and many places to eat out. Easy covered off street parking.

Live the central location, walking distance to everything you need after a long day in the parks. Indoor pool beats burning alive in the 100 degree heat and very friendly staff will give you tons of good recommendations!

United StatesI tried to extend my stay for a few more days because my car broke down and I didn't want to move all of our stuff. Front desk said no availability for me and could get me in at the Hampton. I went back to Booking and it shows availability. I ended up going to another hotel so I wouldn't stress about where I was going to sleep without transportation options.
I loved the location and space of the room! I also loved the full size fridge and kitchen.

Hannah and Sven were Outstanding. They provided us great tips on trails in Arches National Park. We loved the very large bathroom which appeared to be an ADA compliant room. Special thanks to Booking.com for assigning that room even when we didn't request it. Nice comfy beds, great shower, liquid hand, shampoo and conditioner was a very nice touch.

United StatesI wish that someone would come up with a better idea for a washable comforter/spread. The ones here were very lightweight mattress pad/comforters covered by a light cover that had corners. It doesn't stay connected and is too light to really be warm. Fortunately, there was a blanket in the closet, but had anyone used the hideabed, there wouldn't have been enough coverings.
Rooms are suites with complete kitchen, living area seating, plenty of lighting and outlets. Sink/vanity/closet separate from shower/toilet room. TV can be viewed from bed or couch or table. Vinyl plank flooring is clean and there are throw rugs, a rolling long hassock and two smaller rolling hassocks for feet or seating. Tables/reading lights/plugs on both sides of the bed. Lots of covered, private parking and a great breakfast every single day.
