Air conditioner only in bed room was not cooling rest of suite

Are windows didn't open and seem to be broken. The bed was very uncomfortable and old. One of the front desk girls Leilani had an attitude until I spoke to the manager about it.... The bathtub had stains in it the pool was kind of dirty... They are a cashless property so we couldn't leave a tip.

The room was spacious in our room location was very good considering we did take a dog with us.

There were only two spoons in the kitchen. There were several of other kitchen dishes and utensils, but not spoons. We were told that housekeeping would come in every other day, but they did not come in at all.

The breakfast was great! I really liked the breakfast tacos. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well. I loved that there was a dishwasher in the kitchen. I like that the kitchen was stocked with soap, and everything I would need. I loved the soaps, shampoos and lotions in the bathroom.

Breakfast was not as good as it has been in the past. Potatoes were not cooked all the way through on some of them and they were cooled down, not warm.. Sausage extremely greasy. Eggs watery. No oatmeal or waffles. Room had a portable air conditioner hooked up to the window which kept the room cool, however it was very loud. Problem with toilet flushing properly. Had to have a plunger in our room. So disappointed. We have stayed here many times and loved it. This visit was not a good one.

The laundry room wasn’t in service.

We had booked a normal room initially, however we were moved to a suite, free of charge, that was above and beyond expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was unexpectedly good. We even happened to catch a happy hour with free food and drinks. Amazing stay for the price point!

The air conditioner in the 2 bedroom suite was just OK. In the mid afternoon heat, the air condition could not cool the room. It was hot and stuffy in the bedrooms. One room had a portable air conditioner. The other room air conditioner was very loud. The temperature during the day in the room was in the 80's even if the air condition was full blast. Also the curtains in one of the room was torn and tattered with holes in it. I would not expect that from a Hilton brand hotel.

The property was excellent. Only complaint was that while my room was almost directly above the check-in desk, I had to walk with all my luggage down a hall and all the way down another to the elevator and then back down the entire 3rd level hall to my room. Way the hell too much walking after a long day driving.

The room, while clean, seemed slightly run down and the breakfast was disappointing. Linens were rough and the whole hotel had a musty smell and the stairwell was border line stinky.

The location was nice and the staff was helpful when my first room had a bad smell. The room size was good.

We were disappointed in the breakfast each morning. Some items were room temperature/cold that should have been warm or hot, such as the eggs. Oatmeal was old and crusty. Items such as cream cheese and butter were now being served in open jars instead of individual packets. What I witnessed from guests made this type of serving unsanitary. The meat choices were not appealing and very cheap, such as chorizo, instead of bacon or sausage as in the past.

We have stayed here for our wedding anniversary for several years now and love the rooms. They are spacious, clean, comfortable and have everything we need. Breakfast in years past has always been great!

I didn't like how housekeeping would just use their key to come in you're room your supposed to knock and announce who you are. But don't housekeeping have a chart of who's checking out and who asked for there rooms to be cleaned. It clearly stated on the bathroom mirror that if you were staying there several days and wanted your room cleaned that you had to call the front desk to have someone clean your room and notify them. It made me feel like are my belongings safe. I did not like the bugs that were on the side entrance doors and walls. The outside of the hotel need to be sprayed with pesticides or that people did not pick up their pet feces. I didn't like that theyer were no surveillance cameras down all hallways on each floor to show who's going in and out your room or trying to come in and out your room .I didn't like how the fire alarm in the room did not work once I changed to the second room. And I didn't like how they charge you for breakfast but you had a kitchenette to eat in every room I feel like they should have had a separate key for people that wanted to eat breakfast there it shouldn't have been included in the right for those that were getting doordash or Uber eats or making their own breakfast in their rooms.

The staff was friendly and polite. Loved that it had a kitchenette. Loved how it was a real ac/ heater unit instead of a loud wall unit that sticks out takes up space and makes loud noise. I liked how checkout was at 12:00 and not at 10:00 or 11:00 a.m. in the morning.

The pool was down and it was my birthday and all I wanted to do was float and chill. They did say we could use another hotels pool but it had a lot of peeps in it.

The staff was great my son had surgery and got blood on the sheets and they got me fresh sheets in just a few seconds and understood what happened and that means a lot. Thank you team 😊

What I didn't like was that I was charge $15,.00 a night for my own transportation. Like HELLOOOOO I NEED MY OWN CAR, that's how I got there, how I went around to get my stuff done. When I went to check out I had a charge of $ 30.00 for parking overnight 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ WTH!!!!!!
