Air conditioner only in bed room was not cooling rest of suite

The room was spacious in our room location was very good considering we did take a dog with us.

Are windows didn't open and seem to be broken. The bed was very uncomfortable and old. One of the front desk girls Leilani had an attitude until I spoke to the manager about it.... The bathtub had stains in it the pool was kind of dirty... They are a cashless property so we couldn't leave a tip.

The comfortable bed and pillows. The kitchen was a pleasant surprise. It felt like a cozy apartment. I am making Homewood Suites our new overnight stay.

Very clean & comfortable

The breakfast was great! I really liked the breakfast tacos. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well. I loved that there was a dishwasher in the kitchen. I like that the kitchen was stocked with soap, and everything I would need. I loved the soaps, shampoos and lotions in the bathroom.

There were only two spoons in the kitchen. There were several of other kitchen dishes and utensils, but not spoons. We were told that housekeeping would come in every other day, but they did not come in at all.

Room was very clean. Workout room was nice.

Breakfast was not as good as it has been in the past. Potatoes were not cooked all the way through on some of them and they were cooled down, not warm.. Sausage extremely greasy. Eggs watery. No oatmeal or waffles. Room had a portable air conditioner hooked up to the window which kept the room cool, however it was very loud. Problem with toilet flushing properly. Had to have a plunger in our room. So disappointed. We have stayed here many times and loved it. This visit was not a good one.

Chicken meat for tacos was bland. thats all i attempted to eat.

Everything was nice, the staff were very nice and so helpful. The room was clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great area to stay—clean streets and a variety of dining options nearby. The staff was polite and friendly. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower was excellent. We especially loved the heated pool!

Unfortunately, the price is quite high for the level of service provided. 1) The room should not be advertised as a family room if the only sleeping option besides the master bed is a sofa. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. 2) The kitchen area had several issues. The tap water had a strong, unpleasant smell, so we avoided using it to prevent the room from smelling bad. The pot was heavily worn and not properly cleaned. When we tried using the toaster, the fire alarm went off—not due to smoke or a burning smell, but because of the heat radiating from the device. 3) Breakfast was very disappointing, with a limited selection and no variety throughout our 9-day stay. There were no healthier options like salad, fruit, or toppings for bread (such as cheese or ham). Additionally, all dishes, utensils, and cups were disposable plastic, with no recycling options, which I found unacceptable. 4) It seemed like the hotel accommodated pets, as the hallways often had a strong dog odor. 5) While the air conditioner worked well, it was extremely loud, making it difficult to use at night without being woken up by the noise.

We booked based on an accessible hotel and room. Neither were the case. Carpet throughout the hotel-extremely difficult for wheelchairs, had to move furniture in the room and still the room was not fully accessible. No access to outside pool or sitting space. The bathroom had an awful smell, like old urine smell, we had to ask for a shower chair twice. With the chair the set up caused excessive water on the floor in the bathroom due to poor setup. Safety issue with transfer to chair and able body person entering the space. Again we booked this hotel because it was stated as accessible and it was not. My sister now has pain in her shoulders and hands from wheeling around the hotel carpet. Not a hotel I would recommend or return to.

Kitchenette

Found an old paper towel under my sheets. Toilet paper dispenser was broken so TP roll was placed on the floor. The chairs at the table in the kitchenette are too low to comfortably work on a computer - very uncomfortable. Air conditioner was very loud.

I enjoyed the suite room although the pictures were a little misleading about room size
