Air conditioner only in bed room was not cooling rest of suite

There were only two spoons in the kitchen. There were several of other kitchen dishes and utensils, but not spoons. We were told that housekeeping would come in every other day, but they did not come in at all.

The breakfast was great! I really liked the breakfast tacos. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well. I loved that there was a dishwasher in the kitchen. I like that the kitchen was stocked with soap, and everything I would need. I loved the soaps, shampoos and lotions in the bathroom.

The laundry room wasn’t in service.

We had booked a normal room initially, however we were moved to a suite, free of charge, that was above and beyond expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was unexpectedly good. We even happened to catch a happy hour with free food and drinks. Amazing stay for the price point!

The property was excellent. Only complaint was that while my room was almost directly above the check-in desk, I had to walk with all my luggage down a hall and all the way down another to the elevator and then back down the entire 3rd level hall to my room. Way the hell too much walking after a long day driving.

Your properties are always clean and modern, staff is always helpful and friendly.

We were disappointed in the breakfast each morning. Some items were room temperature/cold that should have been warm or hot, such as the eggs. Oatmeal was old and crusty. Items such as cream cheese and butter were now being served in open jars instead of individual packets. What I witnessed from guests made this type of serving unsanitary. The meat choices were not appealing and very cheap, such as chorizo, instead of bacon or sausage as in the past.

We have stayed here for our wedding anniversary for several years now and love the rooms. They are spacious, clean, comfortable and have everything we need. Breakfast in years past has always been great!

The pool was down and it was my birthday and all I wanted to do was float and chill. They did say we could use another hotels pool but it had a lot of peeps in it.

The staff was great my son had surgery and got blood on the sheets and they got me fresh sheets in just a few seconds and understood what happened and that means a lot. Thank you team 😊

the property was clean. had some minor wear and tare. but over all, the bed was comfortable. the bathroom and tub were big and spacious. my kids complained that the sofa bed was springy. the dishwasher worked. some glasses were dirty. and the toaster needed wiping down. the pool was ok. the breakfast was ok. but money saver. dennys and Rudy’s walking distance

What I didn't like was that I was charge $15,.00 a night for my own transportation. Like HELLOOOOO I NEED MY OWN CAR, that's how I got there, how I went around to get my stuff done. When I went to check out I had a charge of $ 30.00 for parking overnight 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ WTH!!!!!!

Paying for parking was an add-on not needed with the parking slots being a tight fit for some vehicles.

Breakfast options were more extensive than anticipated. There were 5 warm breakfast items available, eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal and waffles each morning as well as juices, coffee, tea, fresh fruit, yogurt, dry cereals with milk, bread for toast, muffins and bagels. The egg frittata was especially flavorful! The staff was very friendly and quickly responsive to any requests. The beds, even the sofa bed, were very comfortable! A great location for attending the drag races at Wild Horse Pass!

No good eating places in walking distance. Our garbage disposal was stopped up, and there was no bedding for the sofa bed. When i went downstairs once again, the night desk clerk was very nice ,and within a short few minutes, she brought bedding.

The pool and jacuzzi were closed due to health department and you had to use the facilities at the hotel across the parking lot!! No mention of that on website when I booked the room!! Also, there was a young girls softball team staying there that ate ALL the bacon one morning, and there wasn't any for anyone else!! Just icky sausage! Was dissappointed!!
