Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesBreakfast is really popular, so I do wish they had a few more tables for seating since it does get pretty full.
They do daily housekeeping, and offer breakfast. Their breakfast offers a good amount of options, and dishes are alternated each day. Their pool is open till 11PM which is a plus! They offer plenty of amenities at this location on top of that you can either walk or drive to some restaurants and stores located behind this hotel. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds ever.

United StatesThe fragrance of the cleaning chemicals/Lysol used in our room was overpowering. My wife has a sensitivity to chemical fragrances and was very uncomfortable. The smell did not dissipate even when running the AC/fan the entire time.
The staff was very friendly, welcoming and attentive. I liked the suites and the convenience of having a kitchen in the room.
