Nothing I can think of. It's a brand we like and know what to expect, and sometimes it is good to be in a familiar hotel when traveling for a while.

Arrived after a two-week vacation staying at BnBs and Inns, so it felt great to be in a spacious hotel with a laundry and amenities. The Wednesday social was perfect since we needed some light food after driving and before doing laundry. The front desk staff were great, very friendly. Room was clean, quiet, had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was plentiful and staff there were very good at cleaning and replenishing.

Breakfast was not as great as I would expect based on every other amenities. I wish we have received an email saying that the pool was not functional. We wouldn’t have canceled but it would have avoided our kids to be sad about it.

Rooms were super clean, premises were great. My 8-year old son loved the basketball area and my 4 and 2 year old other kids loved the mini golf!

Warm welcome by the receptionist Raleighn. Reasonable spread of breakfast, adequate for a good start of the day. Nice and powerful shower.

The hotel was walking distance from local restaurants and shops

I was very impressed by the hotel. Suite was really nice and super spacious. My only complaint was that the refrigerator in our room made a noise.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a large, clean and comfortable room. The air conditioner was quiet and efficient. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, the whole hotel was very well looked after, and the hot breakfast was very good.

They seem to put the handicap accessible rooms the furthest from the elevator. The room was at the end of the hall as far away from the elevator as possible.

Large suite was equipped with full size kitchen so it seemed like a studio apartment not a hotel. Very clean room and bathroom.

Breakfast needed better options. We had dogs barking all night long across the hall both nights. The foundation of the pool is cracking and 4 out of 4 kids all had scratches, raw toes, or splinters from the flooring. At one point there was a pile of the flooring next to the pool

The hot breakfast was lackluster. No waffle maker- a highlight of most breakfast buffets. The chia pudding and oatmeal station was great, especially those avoiding gluten.

Evelyn at the desk was incredibly helpful . She assisted us in reassigning our room from adjacent to the pool to a larger, quieter suite. This was great, especially after just leaving/presenting at professional conference at another large hotel in Times Square.

The room was so spacious and well thought out. Plenty of storage space and that kitchenette rivals the best air bnb's we have stayed at. Having overhead and plenty of lighting was a nice bonus.

I didn't like how small the pool was, or that the bottom of it cut up everyone's feet. The toilet paper holder was loose and the part you flush the toilet with was loose. The top bedding was a little rough.

I loved how clean everything was. I loved that we could get an extra bed for our son. I was very happy we could hook up our gaming system to the tv. Very happy there was a kitchen in our room so we could make food instead of eating out every night. I loved that it had a laundry room.

No complaints about the property. I do wish there was more signage to make it easier to get to the hotel easily from the road.

This was one of the cleanest, most comfortable hotels we have stayed in. Beautifully designed and very comfortable bed. The downstairs area had gas logs which were warm and cozy-feeling. The breakfast was the BEST hotel breakfast we have EVER had anywhere. Lots of hot food options as well as yogurts, fruit, and even breakfast burritos.

I left a bag of stuff at our hotel room. The staff reached out to me after we checked out and offered to send it to us. There was no hassle and everything went so smoothly. I received the bag in a few days. Thank you for doing the extra work!

Our room only came with two full size towels. Once my wife showers, not sure what I’m supposed to use. The pool is in need of some repair and was cold.

The room was wonderful. So nice to have an actual working kitchen, saves a little to not eat out every meal. Huge room was well appointed and clean, definitely had a home-like feel. Close to so many attractions: FDR, Vanderbilt, Culinary Institute, etc. Will definitely stay here again.
