We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It was nice having plenty of space for our entire family & a kitchen. We also really enjoyed the outdoor patio & firepit area!

The breakfast was great, but it got a bit crowded in the breakfast area. Also, we had to ask for more pool towels because there weren’t any. We waited a while, but eventually just ended up having to leave without any towels.

Probably the best service and nicest staff I’ve ever met at a hotel! Every single employee as you walk past them greets you! people went out of their way just for the simplest things. Everybody smiles! Sunshine in the breakfast area, food area, outstanding… her personality, her assistance, the way she cleans up, the way that she does it in a sanitary way I noticed all these things. I will be back for sure it is by far the best Hilton I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been in much larger more “bougie” areas and this Hilton hands-down best customer service, friendliest employees and one of the cleanest hotel room I’ve been in.

Front desk staff was exceptionally helpful! Check in was smooth and pleasant. 2 issues is my sleep, the bed was not comfortable at all very hard to sleep on. Had my body very sore. I didn’t get much sleep. 2nd breakfast was great the first day but the second day the chicken for the breakfast burritos wasn’t fully cooked. And the wasn’t many options considering I can’t have red meat or pork.

The breakfast was nice and the people who cooked the food were nice.

The main elevator was broken so we had to take the only elevator that was working in the building which was always packed and waiting for it was ridiculous so we mostly took the stairs to the 4th floor. The evening front desk people should be fired. They were rude and discourteous. They should have not been greeting people. We also had to have maintenance come to fix our toilet. The stay was not worth the money we paid.

This hotel was extremely clean The staff was exceptional 😃 My husband's car wouldn't start and they were so helpful...had a battery charger...and even found some jumper cables! It worked😁 The breakfast is above and beyond they offered some items I've never had at a hotel Fresh avocados Overnight oats Cia seed pudding And the hot food delicious The pool was a very nice temperature and clean! It was such a nice surprise to have a Jacuzzi also! I can't say enough nice things about this hotel. Very, very pleasantly surprised and will be a returning customer!

The price of hotel snacks are too high. Wish the world.pool was a tab bit. Hotter. Soaps and shampoo on the wall should be checked and refilled before every new guess in the shower not empty or almost empty.

Clean and comfortable from the time we walked into the lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with a lot of information on local restaurants and attractions area the area. Very safe and relaxing location.

We stayed one night and have no negatives about it.
