You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaFan didn't work. There is no clock in the bedroom. Mildew in the bathroom. Toilet paper. The pool was closed. My family was there for funeral and days before the manager told us we couldn't get into rooms at 200, offered to pay extra. Said they were fully booked.

United States of AmericaThis location is old & tired. Many of the amenities were either unworking or in need of maintenance. The first family suite we were assigned had furniture that was very worn & threadbare as was the carpet. And the AC wasn't working properly. The second room they gave us had good AC but was equally worn & threadbare. Hilton needs to spend some money on this location.
The staff were very friendly & helpful. They went out of their way to make us welcome & comfortable. Everyone we encountered was pleasant, courteous, warmly friendly. They made the visit as pleasant as possible.

United States of AmericaNeeds a good deep cleaning. you can tell it was previously very nice hotel. Be careful at gas station behind it. Men were aggressively asking for money. Had to ask for covers for sofa bed. Not enough towels at all. I put down 4 guests and there were only two of each.

United States of AmericaWe arrived a little after 3, which is check in time. I had booked 3 rooms, I go to check in and was informed that one wasn't ready. The manager, (that would hardly talk) hadn't finished inspecting rooms. Okay that's fine, we had other stuff to do. We come back around 7:30-8. I go to check in for my other room. The employee was going to charge me for the room, plus the safety deposit. (I caught it before I gave my card...) Ended up arguing with him for 20 minutes or so, before he called his manager, he was clicking on the wrong reservation. Skip forward, my mother in law has fleas in her room, the sheets (that the manager inspected) had dry crusty yellow spots. There were stains on the carpet, there was still trash in the room, and they had no toilet paper, or shower towels. I still have a safety deposit charge on my card, working on getting that handled still. We were told that the pool was being cleaned, and that it would be open later on in the day (GREAT) It remained closed for the rest of our stay. That was the only reason I booked these rooms lol. I wouldn't recommend staying or even visiting that hotel again.

United States of AmericaBad part of town, lots of broken car window glass in parking lot, next door to super busy gas station that attracts some sketchy characters. Noticed lots of homeless people within a block or two of the hotel security guard in parking lot stared at me and my family when we left the hotel to go to dinner.No remote for bedroom tv. Hallways were all very hot and muggy, false advertising as it said it had a pool, but it was closed for our entire stay. Elevator was beat up, hallway walls were beat up, lots of broken Emergency Exit signs, couch in room had very bad ripped seat cushion. Carpet in the room had several tears/rips and place were it was coming unraveled. Shower had no water pressure. Carpets in 3rd floor hallway need cleaning had what looked like blood or ketchup stains in it going to the elevator, trash cans outside main entrance to hotel look like they were never emptied.
Air in the room worked good, good price, nice kitchen, nice lobby, nice breakfast.

We didn’t discover the bedding problem until time to go to sleep (after we had unpacked everything) thus we didn’t ask for a new room. We slept on top of the bedding.

United States of AmericaMy room was not ready whenever I arrive at 5 PM although check-in was at 3PM so I’m glad I didn’t arrive on time or could’ve been waiting for hours. In one of the rooms the lights in of the bathroom did not work. The curtains were torn and you can tell the facility could use some TLC.
I like as the location was close to the event I was attending. The staff was extremely kind and from what I heard the breakfast was good, it would’ve been nice to have a few more options but grateful for food
