I chose the facility primarily bases on fitness center Peloton bile and treadmill. Usually stay at Sommerset Inn.

The location, room value, hot breakfast, and staff were excellent.

Unfortunately, no hot water for 24 hours. Per the front desk, Walmart hit their hot water tank. Since I made my reservation with Bookings.Com, they could not give me a 50% discount for the night.

The table lamp in the living room of room 200 has a wonky switch (or perhaps the bulb) and only works 10% of the time. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes. Sounds from the hallway easily penetrated the door - and there were kids playing in the hall three nights out of four!!!

Key cards (for all rooms) did not work for most of my stay, so someone had to go with me every time I went to the room. And no offer of any discount or amenities.

The breakfast left lots to be desired, unfortunately. They are not trying to impress the costumers here. Please consider this when buying stock for breakfast. Also, our bathroom had filthy, sticky floors upon arrival and dirty countertops.

The room was very spacious. The people working there were quite kind. The beds were very comfortable. The living room was great. The kitchen was so nice to have! The room had 3 windows, which actually opened.

Pool area was filthy, there was hair in and around the pool. The jets in the pool weren’t working so I don’t believe there pump is working. Pool isn’t being filtered properly. Ou room included a pull out couch. When we went to set it up for our kids to sleep on the bottom of the mattress was covered on stains + mold. Our room was hot the entire stay. Our thermostat was set to 64 and cool. And our room was 75/76 the whole time. My son and I woke up with a horrible cough after our 1 night stay. Which makes me think there air system and HVAC are dirty.

The pool was quite cloudy and looked pretty dirty. The deck was incredibly slippery and was a safety hazard, particularly for kids.

The furniture is old and dirty. The don't have overnight technician that can fix broken staff. We have bad WC and we been advised to use the lobby restroom since our restroom is not functional.

Quality has been going down, the sheets and blankets are too small for the beds, we always were able to get a suite with 2 queen beds but none were existing anymore. The first few days there was no hot water, but the staff was responsive and they took care of it right away and even gave me a free stay for one of the nights which I appreciated a lot.

Since 2015 I’ve been staying at this location almost once a year mainly for the location and facility . It was a home away from home since selling my Troy home

Kimchi-trash!

The breakfast was good for the style and level of hotel, however, do not try the kimchi! The appliances really made it feel as though yiu were not too far from home. I like that you can cook or enjoy many of the restaurants around. Staff was friendly and helpful!
