Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. The toilet handle needs replacement. Kept coming off the chain. We kept having to fix it. Breakfast was not so great.

I wasn't aware that housekeeping didn't come daily. I had to go to the front desk to retrieve fresh bath towels. Also, someone on the floor was smoking weed you could smell in the hallway.
The breakfast was great.

The smell in the elevators and noise from kids roaming the corridors late at night.
The apartment is huge, fully stacked facility, and the price is really affordable.

No biscuits in the breakfast selection!
A single traveller, i like my space, so opted for a one bedroom king suite and it had everything i needed. The suite was a fantastic size and well equipped. Breakfast was included with a decent selection to choose from. The pool area had loungers and plenty of seating and there is also a small basketball court. The free parking is wonderful as i hate being hit with hidden parking charges on stays! Theres also a small gym should you be inclined to work out. Location wise, in Bedford, theres plenty on places to eat close by, downtown Dallas is about 30 mins away and Sic Flags, under 15 mins. Id happily come back here!

The king bed was a Lil uncomfortable
It was my first time staying and I loved how much room we had. The access to a kitchen was a major plus for me because I saved money cooking for our family instead of eating out for each meal.

The $50 incidental fee. It’s not listed in the hotel info and I wasn’t notified while booking or before arrival. Definitely caught me off guard and I had to use some of my money I was using to have a good time. I’m also a Hilton Rewards member and checked in and ahead and chose my own room. However, upon arriving, they gave my room to someone else and I had to choose a room on the first floor. Lastly, the fireplaces don’t work. They’re only there for “aesthetic purposes”
The breakfast was superb. I loved that you could walk to Pappadeaux’s, Chili’s & Chick Fil A. Even though our room was by the elevator, you couldn’t hear people entering it all day and night.

Limited parking. I stayed out visiting family and came back to the hotel just after midnight. There was absolutely no parking spots, when I went inside and asked guest services what I should do he said “idk” …

Elevator makes you nervous with all the noises it makes

Had no internet for our 6 day stay, which was very disappointing. Moved rooms day 2 because of this problem, and it was never resolved.

My first room smelled of cigarette smoke - not like someone had smoked in the room, but like a heavy smoker had stayed there and the smell had permeated everything. That room also was quite poorly cleaned.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very conveniently for me.

In the morning when we went to check out, there was a blocked off section of the hall to get to the front desk so we had to go around the facility. Items had been left from guests the previous day in the pool area and the pool itself needed a little cleaning. Would have liked more towels.
The rooms were amazing. The bed was comfortable & we had plenty of space for our travels. Kitchenette was a good size & there was an ice maker in the freezer. The decor was pleasing to the eyes. The reception desk was very friendly during check in & anticipated our needs for our baby. Breakfast was great! They had breakfast burrito options and make your own waffles along with a few other things. I would go back to Homewood Suites, great value for what we got.
