Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesHousekeeping not checking up. We had lots of dirty towels and having kids in the room, you can only imagine. Trash was piling up, when calling and I was told that housekeeping leaves at a certain time. The lady that came up did take the dirty towels but she didn't take the trash.
I enjoy the accommodation and overall staff was great.

United Statesi didnt like the pool policy, the front desk has to let you in, so if there is someone checking in you can be waiting for like 15 minutes, more if theres issues. worse if your kid has to use the bathroom, have to be let back in. another bad is dogs bark a lot and staff doesnt/cant do much about it

United StatesMy only complaint would be about the mattress, I think it’s time to replace the one in room 305. At first it seemed comfortable but it had no support you kind of sank into it but not in a good way. We were there for 2 nights and both mornings my back was killing me.
I loved just about everything, we had everything we needed. If we did need anything they were very accommodating. My daughter loved the breakfast! It was very peaceful, it felt like we had the place to ourselves. It was very clean. We didn’t have the time to use the pool but we were able to use the gym and that was also very clean even.

United StatesSince it's a pet friendly hotel, this is the 1st time experiencing an allergic reaction. Luckily I get symptoms quickly enough to remove myself from the situation before medication or medical assistance is needed. They were able to find me a room that didn't have pets in it in the past few weeks, whew, then I was good. This experience taught me, moving forward to be more vigilant when choosing a place to stay.
