while staying for a few days requested a freshen Up/clean up of our room and was told by male staff they don’t offer that cause of covid. To leave trash outside and dirty towels and they would know to leave us knew ones.

I wish there would have been a fan in the bathroom. I also would have liked if the door to the bathroom would have closed off the whole room and not just the part with the toilet and shower to make it one bathroom instead of 2 separate parts. It didn't feel so sanitary to have the sink separate from the toilet and didn't give as much privacy in the bedroom as I would have liked. It would also have been nice to have 2 clocks so we could each see the time and to have more tissues and garbage cans spread throughout the room/s.

I loved the suite-style of the room with the door to the bedroom that closed to separate it from the living area. The kitchen was great and added some space and the full fridge-freezer was so helpful! I also liked having our own thermostat to control the temperature to our liking. The amenities provided in the room such as the mouthwash and dishsoap and dishtowels were great. The full-length sectional couch was very cozy and also added space to the room.

The friendliness of the staff, prompt response to requests for service, spaciousness of the suites, great breakfast and amenities, loved the check in and check out times. Overall very good experience.

I wish you all had a hot tub. Also the pool was super warm our first night but the 2 nd night not so much it was a big difference

We had only one set of toiletries in the room (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion), even though the reservation was for 3 people. I discovered later on that we could call the front desk and request more but why don’t leave enough of the supplies to begin with? Also just a suggestion, please leave some plastic utensils in the room for the guests. We bought lasagna from the lobby and realized later that there were no utensils in the room. Thank you!

Due to Covid, breakfast is now muffins, yogurt, cups of fruit, packets of oatmeal and microwaveable Jimmy Dean sandwiches. It’s was okay. In our room the remote would not change the channels on the TV in the sitting room. So we just used the tv in the bedroom. The toilet paper holder kept falling out and dropping the toilet paper on the floor.

Location was great to visit Lancaster sights. Liked the suite idea. Had full size fridge and small stove to cook on. Even offered a grill outside, but we did not use it.

We were very disappointed in the lack of breakfast options. We expected at least cereal options and maybe condiments for the breakfast sandwiches. This really was our only complaint, and it was easily remedied since there is a McDonald's right up the road.

The room was exactly as expected, and it was wonderful, especially for the price we paid.

They discontinued the buffet breakfast! Said it was because of COVID-19! . But just about all the other motels & hotels around Lancaster are back offering buffet breakfast!

I like the location of the hotel, pool was amazing, not crowded at all, breakfast was really good and the comfort of the beds are great too . Overall a great hotel, I will be coming back .

The choice of food for breakfast was pitiful. Probably the worst selection I have ever seen in 3-star hotels. Also, the hotel allows staying with big dogs. Some of them were pretty scary.

The room was fairly large and quiet. The location was convenient.

Above sorry I put it in backwards. I like the size of the room the breakfast was ok, the fireplace in the lobby was nice. Please update your rooms!

The hotel needs to be updated! The water in the sink was cold the entire stay even though we were told it would be fixed. The wall paper was coming off the wall in the bathroom. There was a broken handle on the vanity. Our room was right by the exit door and the stair well. The noise and door slamming was so ridiculous when we were sitting in the living room area trying to relax for the evening. There was a standing ashtray right at the door when I went to pack the car I was choking on cigarette smoke.
