Parking was terrible paid for 2 nights of parking but upon arrival the second night the lot was full and had to park elsewhere.

Bathroom should have door between bedroom as vanity area cannot be used without disturbing others in bedroom. Having to pay for parking. Parking space is limited and may not be available for late arrivals. On one night, two oversized trucks took up 4 spaces each.

Location. Family is in Council Bluffs which is only 5 miles away across river.

I requested extra pillows before hand and never heard back from anyone. Made due since i only was staying for 1 night but would of been nice to have extra comfort. The bed was just ok. The carpet in the room had clearly not been vacuumed previously a few items left behind by other guests. Water pressure in shower was dull. Parking lot was grubby lots of what looked like leftover food spilt and possible human/pet fecal matter around the area quite disgusting. I understand if it is a public area but to have to pay extra to park it should be takin care of better maybe hosed down once and awhile perhaps.

I love how much room there is. The little kitchen is great with a full size fridge. Also It was nice to be able to have my dog stay with me. Check in was great being contactless.

Walls are thin. I could hear the person in the room next to me alarm go off. Paying for parking is BS, and 9am is a tad early to close down breakfast

Downtown location is great. The breakfast may have been "less than standard" due to the holiday staffing. It was still edible.

There is a noise factor from the outside being off a main road that many locals apparently need to use for drag racing. Also, don't like the fact that there is no sectioned off area for smokers so we had to walk through clouds as we headed into the hotel every time.

I like the 1 bedroom king suite we chose as there was a room separation with a door t so others could sleep if someone is an early riser. The A/C functioned well and kept the room in the 60s even though it was in the 90s outside. the beds were super comfortable. The TV was the standard cable driven method so none of the streaming service nonsense invading the world. It had a guide with the channels and done. No need to download new apps, etc. Staff for the most part was good. Upon arrival we had a person who looked like she would rather have been anywhere else but did not see her again the entire week so it was an anomaly.

The air conditioning in our room was really loud and the family suites do not have enough garbage cans or dishes for a big family.

Clean, safe, quiet, and easy to get to from I29. Excellent location and super friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again if we come back through Omaha.

At the time they were doing construction inside so I didn’t like it a little bit at the moment. But I understood that they had to fix it. Parking I didn’t like. In my personal opinion if I’m staying and paying a good price I feel like I shouldn’t have to pay for parking. So we had to walk a bit to our car on the street w/ free parking at the time and pack things up.

It has quite the space. We had celebrated my daughters birthday and didn’t expect to fit as many people in there as we thought it would. It was really good place! The jacuzzi and the pool was nice and a pretty good size as well! Breakfast was really good! Fresh and you can make your own type of waffles ! I loved that and my kids did too!

Showed up on a Thursday and the hot tub and pool was pretty dirty/stinky water. Felt as though the chemicals had been overlooked! Was definitely better come Friday and Saturday! Assuming you only check/maintain chemicals for weekend visitors?

The staff was kind of rude at my last stay and I asked for a late check out and they said nothing when I checked in. It's difficult to travel six hours for work, try to find permanent residence and work 12 hours in a day and find time to sleep before traveling back to my home state so communication is important or I would have booked at the neighboring site for cheaper rate

Pool and hot tub were cloudy and had a strange odor. Had houskeeper enter room without being told to come in. Breakfast was only served until 9am one day made for a rushed start to the day. Room could use some deep cleaning, walls and curtains were soiled. Had a strong Marijuana smell outside door in hallway more then once. Guessing coming from stairwell. Not pleasant

Location was perfect to attend Pink that was across the street. Front desk day staff were helpful. Nice to have bottled water available in room and at check in. Pet friendly major plus! Variety of breakfast items were wonderful! Having the option to cook in room was very nice! And full refrigerator with freezer was great!
