Poor lighting in the bathroom. No alarm clock in the bedroom. No extra roll of toilet paper. Called for toilet paper and fresh towels. Was told someone will bring some up and never did.

The door was heavy and closed too quickly. I would have rated the lighting better, but the kitchenette lights should have been on two switches rather than being combined on one. The hot items at breakfast were usually lukewarm at most.

The fold out sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, which I did not expect and this was convenient because it got plenty of use. Though there was an issue with the television, the staff were very receptive about it and hopefully it will be fixed for the next guests.

Being woken up at 3am by a lady screaming at the top of her lungs - "Help, Help, Help, Stop, Stop, leave me alone !!' It was super scary, and as I looked out my room peep hole, there was a big man walking around without a shirt on, and I could hear a lady crying, breathing heavy, and she sounded scared. I immediately called the front desk to let them know that there was a disturbance on our floor outside of our room. After about 15 minutes, it stopped, but then could hear the couple arguing inside the room next to us.

Room size, room set up, and the bed was comfortable. It's was quiet until there was a disturbing issue at 3 am. with a couple on our floor next to our room. Screaming, yelling, and an argument between the two.

Good loaction to stay while visiting historical sites in the greater Philadelphia area. The hotel is quiet and decently maintained. Comfortable beds and uselful mini kitchen.

Room 403 smelled like cigarettes and had no AC and the host at the front desk doing the day shift said to give her ten minutes and never came to help me. Yet thankfully I finally got help with the over night staff member.

The breakfast host was beyond exceptional with her service. I think her name is Vero (I'm not good with names sorry) she was such an amazing person. She took the time to ask me how I was doing and if I found everything ok or if I needed anything. To me she phenomenal. Gracias Vero te quiero mucho! BENDICIÓNES! Also, the front desk staff was nice yet when I had to make a change the person prior said they would help but didn't leaving it all to the person entering the shift. That was very nice, and it was her birthday. Overall, she was so sweet and helped with a beautiful, thank you.

Room 510-Pluses outweighed the minor issues of mention. The shower head has different settings but very difficult to move as it was clearly partially broken. My wife wasn't strong enough to move to a higher setting to wash hair so it took her a while. I could move it but it was too difficult to be operating correctly. A full size or even 5 cup coffee pot would be nice instead of the pod brewer that Brews coffee like weak tea(not a Keurig). I only stayed one night so I did not have time to report the shower issue but would not prevent me from staying again. Also of mention the right side bed lamp bulb was super dim and mostly burnt out.

Loved how Clean and comfortable room was. Loved the bed..Bed was firm with a pillowtop. Close to so many fabulous restaurants. Convenient to have a small kitchen.

The room smelled weird to me. Like a musty, cover up smoke or wet dog smell. It wasn’t so horrible you couldn’t sleep in the room, just noticeable when you walk in the room each time.

Good price for an overnight trip to see family. Location was great. Loved that it had a peloton bike.

Had to ask for things we needed 2 or 3 times; the shampoo, bath gel and hand washing soap were empty and not refill when asked. Also bedding inadequate; not enough blankets, etc.
