I stay for 3 days and the room I was given wasn’t cleaned from the previous guests. I asked for it to be cleaned and no one showed up to clean it. My room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days and I checked out.

I made a reservation for 7 so we had to use the sofa bed and we are ok with that but the mattress of the sofa bed was very very very uncomfortable, it was lumpy and uneven.

Check in time was 3pm. We arrived at 2:45 and told that it would be 30 minutes before we could check in and go to our room. 45 minutes later we were still waiting to get in the room and were told additional time was needed to get the room cleaned. Unfortunately, we had travelled eight hours and needed to get changed and freshened up for the funeral we were attending. We had to change our clothes in the public restrooms and were unable to do any other personal hygiene. When we left the property at 4:00 pm our room was still unavailable and we left our luggage securely locked up with Raul, the desk clerk because it was 114f degrees and our luggage could not be left in the car without air conditioning while we were attending . Raul did all that he could, but we were already emotional regarding our trip and going to the funeral feeling all grubby and disheveled was upsetting. The room was very clean and comfortable with a fresh clean scent when we returned later that night, but the rooms have always been beautifully cleaned when we have stayed here in the past. We were also charged for parking, which was not mentioned in our booking, and the notification was emailed to me at a later date. We had not been charged for parking during our last stay here in April 2024.

Loved the location, wonderful breakfast, cleanliness, and calm ambiance. We have stayed here before, notably in April of this year and we feel very comfortable here. There are easily accessed restaurants and Starbucks close by and the hotel has a nice selection of food, drinks, and snacks available for purchase if you don’t want to leave the property. We feel very safe and secure coming in and out of this hotel as there is always someone at the desk who makes a special point of greeting us as we attend our commitments so far from home. It is located just off of the freeway, but the rooms are very quiet and the easy access to the freeway makes it easy for us to navigate this unknown area. The air conditioner has an easy to use thermostat which is a lifesaver. There are luggage carts available to unload the car in one trip with numerous hooks for bags and smooth rolling wheels, making it easy to use. This place reduces a lot of the anxiety associated with traveling to and staying in unknown places.

It really was fine. We would definitely stay again. Oh! They charge for parking and there is no reason for that at all! Plenty of space.

It was very quiet! So rare in a hotel and so nice. It was super close to the college my son is starting at and easy to get to everything we needed.

The elevator was broken, wasn't fun to carry our luggage up to the 4th floor. Room was nice but could use a few upgrades, furniture is just old you can tell.

Some of the saff doesn't really greet people or have common courtesy. One of the front desk clerks didn't even acknowledge when greeted until I insisted twice with my greeting. Until then, he kind of mumbled. For some of the staff, not all, it seems their best practice is to avoid client interactions altogether. It gives the impression we, the guests, are bothering them by just saying hi.

Clean facility, good breakfast for the price. Room was decent size.
