The staff is wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was good and was something different everyday considering I was there for 5 nights.

The room was nice and comfortable.the area was great

The lady at the front desk was kind of rude when she was checking us in.We was about to use the grill and both of them was dirty and nasty had to get someone to clean them before use it then in the process of changing cooking the the one grill that did have a tank ran out of gas so that prolonged be cooking.it was my son’s birthday it could of been better

Didn’t have much expectations prior to arriving but was pleasantly surprised by its convenient location, cleanliness, friendly staff, and good service.

Breakfast was mediocre, not enough fresh fruits, and lacked more health conscious options.

The spacious suites come with all the essential amenities. The availability of multiple socket types is a convenient bonus. The stay was quite comfortable—well-maintained and equipped with a kitchen for cooking if needed.

Some staff members were not very welcoming, although others were polite and professional.

The bathroom was big and loved the floor shower.

The pool water didnt circulate. The kitchenette didn’t have utensils for two couples. Most of the items were old. The comforter looked old. Our room was not cleaned when we went out for the day.

Ice machine did not work. Communication about housekeeping weak Clocks not working in room Tub was dirty and gross Phone pulled out of wall and didn't work No daily room cleaning or towel replacement. Not enough extra toilet paper left in room Refrigerator didn't work properly

The environment is very secluded, the newly renovated facilities are also very new, and the front desk and waiters are very friendly.

The breakfast is fresh, but the variety is a little limited, which seems a bit of a steal. In addition, there are many rooms in the corridor, which may be because the first floor is still under renovation. The guide signs are not clear enough. I hope it will be improved later.

Don’t make a reservation at this hotel. It is being renovated and it resembles a construction zone more than a hotel. The water was also turned off! The hotel staff were curt and unhelpful. One would expect some form of compensation to encourage customers to stay in a sub-standard situation. Non was offered, just a simple ‘too bad for you’ attitude. We cancelled our reservation and had a lovely stay at the Marriott down the road.
