Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesVery minor and understanding of things. One elevator was out of order and one dryer was removed
The property was clean and welcoming. My group of three adults and two children rented a two bedroom suite prior to a Carnival cruise. We stayed two nights and were comfortable sharing the space. It was like a small apartment with a living room, dining area, bedrooms and plenty of closet/storage space. The full refrigerator and stove top was a definite bonus. We never felt like we were stepping over each other. Two bedrooms: one King, one queen. Closets and dressers in both. Full length mirrors Living room: a couch, coffee table, ottoman, sitting chair, dining table with two chairs. Kitchen: utensils, silverware, pots, microwave, stove top, dishwasher,, toaster, full refrigerator, dishes. A lot of storage space. Almost all lamps had USB ports. We were so happy and comfy there together.

United StatesThe room seemed clean until I dropped the lid to the toilet. There was dried up urine and a long nasty pubic hair behind the lid on the base of the toilet. That was pretty disgusting. Everything else seemed fine. However, it did make me wonder what other corners were cut during the cleaning process?
The service was fantastic! Great staff. Every person I dealt with was perfectly professional and accommodating. Couldn't have asked for better.

United StatesNo way to block out light in the room, only shear curtains. The street lights across the street were very bright and while they keep the outside very well lit it would have been nice to have a way to block out that light.
Great location, easy walk to climate pledge arena and restaurants. Wonderful breakfast choices. Very clean.

AustraliaStaff need more training….Their system failed me on arrival not put on contact list even though left my luggage at 9.10am. At 4pm told room not ready but they picked up own failure and gave me a room. Not sure it was the best Bay outlook that I had paid for. 4am wake up call never happened. I booked 5am shuttle on arrival with reception but put it down for wrong day. Whoever, discovered it did not move it to right day. If I had not gone to counter to pay for shuttle I would not have had 5am pick up for airport. On checking out gave this positive feedback to reception at 5am and the male staff member happy to accept it and pass on to manager. He said they were happy to have feedback as had new staff. This was obvious and I suggested more training.
Location, supermarket and cafe in same street and food next door. Suit was spacious, comfortable, and all expected amenities. Breakfast a plus even though my flight to early for second morning. Shuttle transport to airport was reliable and good. 24hr Tea/Coffee available in reception a nice touch. A very popular place.

United StatesArea seemed very dark and didn't feel safe to walk around in the evening. The hotel itself was nice though. We were only there for an overnight to get on a cruise the next day.
I liked that the hotel was adjacent to a restaurant that we could just walk to.

CanadaWe’ve asked for the room to be reset and it wasn’t. We also noticed some cleanliness issues in the room (fingers prints all over the fridge, dirty mirrors with splashes, dried up spills on the carpet).
Very heavy breakfast, would appreciate more light opinions (cold cuts, tomatoes, cucumbers, hard boiled eggs etc)
