The elevator needs repairs both of them. The room door wasn’t secure but I could hear if anyone opened it. Carpet worn. Tub didn’t drain properly. Sleeper sofa mattress was stained with red. I was prepared with disposable sheets.

Smelled like fish in the room. We could not figure out where the smell was coming from hallway into our room. Stains in the bathroom and rust on showers. Outdoor lighting was not on at 7pm. Very dark outside surrounding hotel. Timer needs to be reset. Hotel is dated. Could use some updating.

I am feeding this info because my background is facilities management, restoration and remediation in residential and commercial properties. I see new carpet and wall coverings being completed. Looks great. I see mechanical and functional items will need an upgrade soon. Specifically the plumbing with more efficient toilets and bathroom sinks. The hvac unit in our room struggled at outdoor Temps of 67 to 72'F. At a setting of 65/67 it should chill us out. The shower in our room was fabulous. The furniture was in great shape. Kitchen functional and everything a guest should need in a hotel suite. One comment on sofa and chairs, don't avoid comfort for durability. Suggest you sit for a few minutes in them and decide how you would rate them as a guest. There are good fabrics out there that are "wet" cleanable and still look good and are comfortable to rest on. There was a time in health care facilities that interior decorators tried to put fabrics, carpetry and wall drapery materials that was eye catching, but was a night mare to maintain In waiting and public areas. Hope this helps, please take this as constructive suggestions. Hilton does a great job, I have bern a Hilton Honors member for years.

The breakfast staff were great, the meals were always fresh and delicious with a great selection. The staff we encountered were all very courteous and friendly, ready to help on a quick notice. We have been staying at Innslake Homewood for over 20 years.

The bath was the only issue. The shower pressure was so high that my 5 year old had trouble bathing. Also the flush was too loud and took very long to fill up.

The outside of the hotel, well, doesn't really look like a hotel. All you have is the sign. It's just weird. The room wasn't ready, so I went to use the lobby bathroom. There was a guy cleaning the toilet. When he saw me, he just threw the cleaning brush in the sink so I could go. It just turned me off. It made me question the other cleaning practices that may have been used. The bathroom was clean, but he could've put it away somewhere else. I'm assuming he wasn't expecting anyone coming in there, but you still represent a hotel brand. I left and didn't check in.

The price is what sucked me in, but I should've known better.

The first room we received smelled like mold and the shower head was broken and falling off the wall. The mattress on the pull out couch was terrible. It had stains and was very uncomfortable

The was a very loud and rather large dog scratching the door a couple of doors down from me. The dog kept barking all afternoon disturbing me from sleeping. Also, when utilizing the sofa bed, there was trash and other things found in the sofa which was also very disturbing and tells me that the rooms aren’t being cleaned properly and that’s not ok. The overall stay was truly disappointing and I won’t be returning. I did not pay 300.00 plus dollars for this and I have a video but it will not upload. I can send it another way if need be.
