We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe rooms are a little outdated and it is a non-smoking hotel but it was clearly obvious people on the first floor were having a party and smoking heavily. The smell hit you as soon as you walked off the side elevator.
Location is excellent with Sam's, Walmart and many food options around. Breakfast was above a normal hotel breakfast and overall the front desk staff was friendly.

United States of AmericaOur room smelled horrible. We had a king 1 bedroom suite. The minute you opened the door it hit you in the face. I told the front desk and they did nothing. It had a musty mildew smell. We stayed 9 days and the smell never left. I had to go buy candles to help us deal with the odor. The sheets were wrinkled and didn’t look crisp and fresh. They only clean if you ask and it never smelled clean or disinfected after. The decor in the rooms are outdated and ugly. Disappointed for a Hilton Hotel.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast.....Breakfast was on par with a Motel 6 or Red Roof Inn. Fancier surrounding but same exact foods as a budget motel, minus the waffle maker. How can a hotel breakfast not have that waffle maker? They had two large toasters for bread and bagels, but even on high they didn't do much. The coffee pot in the room is inadequate and the coffee is terrible. It is one of those "pod" things. A used pod was in it when we got there. Had to go to Walmart and buy a $13 coffee pot to survive. Burners would not set evenly on cook top. Wrong type of support under one, Had to kimchi rig it to use.
The bathrooms and tub was large, had good water pressure. The bed was comfy and didn't squeak. Nice having a sold door between the rooms.
