The room did have a slight smell but I always carry lysol to spray at hotels. It is a clean issue with me. But otherwise, not bad.

The guy that checked me in at the front counter, was very helpful. Needed food delivered & he gave me a full sheet of places. Very helpful. Very spacious room. with the main room, fridge, table, sofa, nice size TV with a good selection of channels. The bedroom had two beds, high ceilings, ceiling fan. Bathroom was extremely clean, large sink and counter top. Nice size dual closet. And, another nice size TV in the bedroom. The parking lot is fully lit up at night, they have an armed security guard who was very polite. Breakfast was perfect to get the day started. For the price, no real complaints.

Very loud in rooms. Every time people above us would walk. Plumbing very loud. Shower tub needs replacing.

Breakfast was a little better than your average hotel breakfast. Location was great. Need a light on tiny sign out front by road. Very hard to see at night.

Very convenient to interstate. We chose this because it was near Bear Branch Fields for a sporting event. The pool was great!

Room 219 tile floor in the kitchen had some bad cracks and partially loose. Small crack in tile near sink in bathroom. AC units outside the window were loud. The guy at the front desk tried to charge me 3 times. Only reason I know is my bank contacted me to verify the attempts. I have stayed at this location numerous times and never had issues before.

Great location and shuttle service included is a plus. Shuttle driver was super nice.

We love this place!! Staff is so helpful and place is so comfortable and warming. Hot tub and rooms are great! Breakfast is always great as well. We stay every 2 weeks when we are in town for doctors visits and business.

No water and robs. Also, the heater did not work on our first day. As we came at night we got super cold. The next day the repairman said that the heater was broken and checked himself 2-3 times. It took our time. There was no compensation for that.

Great value. Nice spacious room with separate seating area. Close to the Cynthia Woods Pavilion. Shuttle service provided. Breakfast was a hit for my crew. Variety of options. Recommending this hotel to my friends and family. We will stay here again. Til next time, thank you for a great stay.
