Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I did not like the fact that my tv remotes did not work properly. The pots and pans in my suite were not suitable. I purchased my own skillet from the Walmart across the street.
I liked the quality of the hotel. It was clean and inviting.

The only problem we had was when calling to ask for towels I was questioned if I had requested them the night before. I didn't realize my daughter and her friends had but with 5 of us staying and have teens showering we needed towels for showering. I did get them brought to us still but was just annoyed being questioned about it
The rooms were nice and big. The free breakfast was good. The check in and out times are great.

When we checked in all was fine. When we got to the room it was what we paid for. We went to call the front desk but the phone didn’t work. Back to the front desk but the hotel was oversold. They didn’t bother to tell us upon check in or offer a solution. We had to call maintenance to fix the shower door as it wasn’t adjusted properly. Over room was not what we wanted or paid for and never got a resultion yet. Still working with booking.com. Overall the staff was friendly but hoping we didn’t notice then charging us seems wrong.
The breakfast was good and the hotel was clean. Staff was okay.

Some family are stay in weekend and kids are running and make noise which the room not have noise cancellation.
Staff so friendly and helpful, breakfast excellent warm and variety they change menu in couple day. The bed so comfortable. Facility in room so convenient. Location is brilliant next to Walmart, Restaurant and close to shopping center

All the children running threw the hallways and no parents watching the kids while they raised hell around the hotel, there was a baseball tournament so the place was packed full of children that took up the pool area and other areas non of there parents kept an eye on the little disrespectful kids either I’d invest in a policy that you have to keep an eye on your children

I didn't like it at all. A rainy storm was hitting and the rain got inside the room even though the window in the 4th floor is completely blocked and can't be open. The restroom looks old and the shower pressure is very very weak. The sofa bed is absolutely another story of the suffering, very very uncomfortable. There is a dining table but there are no chairs. The elevator is so shakey and looks old with some electrical parts out of their place..

Paid, waited several hours in parking lot because receptionist couldn't figure system out. Ended up sleeping in my car because she was supposed to call when she figured it out. She never called. I called her and she said computer was running its nightly audit or something and would call when it was done. Waited in parking lot again. Still didn't call and I was too exhausted to drive anywhere else. Unacceptable.

The The suites are beautiful and very clean. The beds are comfortable, even the pull- out sofa bed was comfortable.

Not one usb port in whole room house keeping checked). Shower was inadequately safeguarded not enough hand rails. Desk moved. We paid before we came through booking.com and ended up being billed twice for the same amount. We have protested through our credit card and it looks like you will be paid but booking will not. I was told my invoice would be mailed to me but after calling you and now after speaking to 3 people you still have not received the invoice. Woman at front desk seemed more interested in her phone than in helping me. It seemed to be a personal phone call as she eventually said she would call back.
