We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaHousekeeping, the cleaning is every other day which is ok. But they missed it once and I had to report it. They came the following day. We stayed there for 5 days and we had our room cleaned only once. We were short of towels and our garbage cans were full. We had to request for towels constantly.
Location, atmosphere, pet friendly and great room size. Every room is equipped with a small kitchen, all you need in a kitchen, a full size fridge and dishwasher. We enjoyed it very much. It was a clean cut kitchen which was very convenient. We had our fury baby with us and we couldn’t ask for more 😊. Staff were so friendly and they would make you feel at home.

United StatesThe WiFi was pokey at times. You can pay to upgrade but at the price of the room I feel like I should be getting good, reliable WiFi. The hotel was priced the same cost as other, similarly starred hotels but as I’m in Worcester, MA, it feels rather pricey. I guess they charge what the market will bear but dang it adds up quickly.
Clean room, big space, nice small kitchen with a full fridge. Bed was comfortable. Even though the property is close to the highway it was quiet.

We went to a show at the DCU center which was a 5 minute walk. The location was great! It was nice to be able to walk to restaurants as well. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

United Arab EmiratesExtend breakfast hours for an extra 30 minutes. Some staff do not know to communicate in English. Rooms need to be properly checked before arrival (Shower gel and Shampoo were empty)
This is a great property especially if travelling with family. The rooms are big and has a small kitchen with utensils and silverware. It also has a big refrigerator. Rooms are clean as well as the bathrooms. Staff are wonderful. Breakfast was very nice, and coffee was great and available almost the day long along with some fruits. Parking is big and is free of charge. The train station is just across the street and the hotel is walking distance from many restaurants and attractions. I believe it was a perfect choice.
