I expected more staff on the premises, however, the few requests I made were taken care of.

The Resort was centrally located and the Unit was very spacious. The valet team was very helpful and courteous!

A map of the property would have been helpful before or upon arrival. I was dropped off at the wrong building by my Uber and had to walk with my luggage in the dark and had trouble finding my way to the other building

Had to hold down the toilet handle in 515 to flush the toilet and the bottom of the shower door was dirty from sand accumulation, but not deal breakers.

Very spacious, well kept, clean, excellent supplies and condition of kitchen materials. Top of the line appliances and AC.

Not enough grills for quests, we ended up cooking in our condo or going out. Pool towels ran out daily & waiting for more was long. Lots of ants, we rented a cabana & it was loaded, no discount was given even thought we did the clean up. I understand not using sprays around the pool, but a good cleaning at night or early am would have helped a lot.

Nice pool area that was fun Dukes was great to have close by. Staff was excellent everywhere we went. Grounds are pretty & clean.

Partial ocean view was barely a view if you really stretched to get one. However, we got view of the mountains which made up for it. Would run out of hot water fairly quickly and became warm. Washer dryer work but are loud as a heads up

Direct access to the beach was excellent and snorkeling at the beach, which was really nice - got to see fishes, corals, and a turtle. Amenities were great. Fully equipped kitchen. Had everything including complimentary cooler and 2 beach chairs. Resort has beach towels that are complimentary, too, which was great. Overall, excellent location and value for money, and would recommend!

The room was great, but it might be time for an upgrade on the sofa bed. I do appreciate having it there.

The property is beautifully. The staff was kind and helpful. The pools were amazing. I loved being able to look out at the ocean every morning.

Needed more hooks for wet swimsuits & towels; needed more than one mirror.

Large lanai's; well appointed kitchen, Bosch appliances, beautiful wood, keyless entry door and beautiful glass lanai doors that fully opened. Start up products really appreciated.. Liked the underground parking and ease of towel exchange for pool areas.

The pools were a lot of fun for the kids, and the grounds had a great combo of feeling like a hotel and feeling like a condo. No time share sales or tons of souvenir stores, but Dukes and poolside dining/drinks available, convenience store in the lobby, walkable to big food truck location, and free parking!

Nothing! Wait, there was really no nightlife, but I only wished there was 1 night. It was a very quiet, family oriented stay. Lots of kids.

It was wonderful. Lanai doors, 2 separate bedrooms/bathrooms, excellent full kitchen with all the cabinets full. We never even heard neighbors next to us or above and below.

Property had wonderful facilities and is in a great location. Having Duke’s right in front was amazing. Really enjoyed that Duke’s has roaming waiters that service the pool area.

This resort is absolutely fantastic for little kids! We went with 18-month twins and the room was great- we loved that our babes were able to just walk outside and play in the grass. The pools are fantastic and we loved having a little splash pad area and water slide we could go with our toddlers on. They loved it! There's also a lovely public boardwalk with very well taken care of resort cats that we would look for every morning on our walks as they were getting fed. Beach right there is amazing with some of the best snorkeling I've done. Everything is pretty close, including shops and a variety of restaurants. Only negative(ish) note is that the resort is right where the Lahaina fire was last year and there's still a lot of rebuilding going on. It was something we passed everytime we drove- not something that impacted our stay though and the area is in need of tourism, just a note :)

Parking was a bit tight. It'd be good to note to guests that the passcode to the parking doesn't work until the check-in time, even though it's noted that you're allowed to use the facilities before your room is ready.

Full kitchen with cooking supplies in good shape. Spacious and well kept furniture was comfortable. Great facilities and liked the automated access to towels.

The front desk did not offer help with t.v./cable issues or with “code” issues since we booked through Booking.com.

Our view was fantastic, the pools were amazing, and the location was beautiful. We enjoyed the “towel tracker” machine for pool/beach towels, the parking area was very convenient, and the lanai was relaxing.

We came for our honeymoon. We enjoyed the atmosphere. Beach next to the resort as well as resort Pools were very nice.. Dukes in the vicinity of the resort had good food
