We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

They have rooms with 3 beds that accommodate our entire family. Includes a small kitchenette and clean bathroom with hot water. Beds are comfortable. We stayed on a very hot night and the a/c unit performed well and kept us cool while sleeping.

United StatesI didn’t like how yall gave us false advertisement about the room details. Lying on the website and saying I was getting a room with 3 queen beds and a sofa bed and when I entered there was no sofa bed so it was very inconvenient and ended up costing us more money

United StatesI DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY TO THOSE WHO ARE DISABLED. I showed up after I had booked a handicap room. I put that I had a scooter to bring in and that I could not walk upstairs as I am disabled. The room I booked was one room with 4 beds and a couch, but when we got there they gave us an up stairs room. Once we told them what we booked and that I couldn't do upstairs like I stated before, the employee called her boss to get it fixed. The boss told her to give us two rooms downstairs with 2 beds each. The boss then was charging us an extra $89 for the room when the room we booked was already $110, that they had already pulled out. The employee passed the phone to me to speak with the boss (she claimed there was a language barrier and she couldn't understand her, but the lady spoke perfect English) as I didn't understand why I was being charged more when the two rooms were less than the room I already booked. The lady (the boss) was extremely room, claiming it was all my fault and to cancel my room, but she would not be giving my money back. This is the worst experience that I have had with any motel I have booked before.

United Statesmanager was very rude and unprofessional. The room had crickets! i literally found a cricket under my pillow. I switched to the other bed and there was hair on the sheets which makes me think the sheets were not changed that day. It advertises free breakfast from 7-9 am and went there at 8 to get breakfast and there was NONE.

MexicoThis Inn is fine for our needs. Very clean. The Manager is very helpful and understanding. A pet friendly motel with reasonable $15 pet fee. We stay here whenever we travel through this area.
