Booked a double room with two beds weeks prior and some how they didn't have that. Gave a king room with one bed. We had a child with us and was really relying on that extra bed. But we made it work for one night. Door gave us problems opening, needed assistance from house cleaning to get in. Shower desperately needs renovated. Too overpriced and not really worth it, but I've stayed in worse

Paid for room with queen beds but was first put in a room w 2 full beds (there were 4 of us in one room). No breakfast and staff was not very knowledgeable. Hotel is also currently being renovated.

The man at the desk last night when I checked in said you don’t get coffee until 8 AM which I was surprised because what if you’re coming here and you have to get out of here and go to your meeting by eight and then I go at 8:02 this morning and find out that it could’ve been ready at seven as when he works he does it at seven but the man last night said no. Then the man this morning asked the lady in charge if I could stay one more hour and she said no they need to clean the room, but I want to stay another day so they don’t have to clean the room. Yes they are booked, but I said there could be a cancellation. I’m asking for a little bit of help and they will not have the owner call me as they have to ask him who lives in Harrisburg for every move they make. They don’t know how to make decisions. They don’t know how to allow me to have one more hour due to a doctors appointment and other needs that I have. They are unreasonable no that Leidy Miranda is unreasonable. I wanna move to Oklahoma and she’s from Oklahoma, but that even soften her word.

They are doing everything possible to clean it up because it used to be a dive. I’m from this area and I hesitated to stay, but it was the right price. I want to stay one more night, but the one clerk is being unreasonable. I asked to have the owner call me and she won’t do it. She is sticking to the rules, but she doesn’t know when them rules are made to break or bend. I’m not asking to break. I asked to stay one more hour and she said NO!

Wifi not working. Despite having DirectTV with HBO and HBO 2, reception on the TV looked like 1970’s tube TV with over the air antenna-fuzzy.

Ice machine did not work. Clerk gave me bad directions into Tyrone. I was late arriving at a viewing, which was the purpose of my trip. Luckily, the funeral director gave me directions and waited for me to arrive.

The only thing that was offered was coffee. No breakfast. There was a snack vending machine in the front lobby.

we request the room to be clean and towels But nobody cleamn are room or replace towels. it said brreadfast . there was no breasfast just coffee and tea. I know the hotel was remodeling but there was no excuse for the room not to be made up and towels. we will not stay there again . also the tv was so bad we couldnt get any thing to watch was all fussy.

It was the cleanest room we have stayed in out of many hotels and motels over the past few years. The desk clerk was really nice and the price was good. We will be staying there from now on for our visits to Pa.
