Easy location right off the freeway. We stayed here after attending a concert in Seattle and this hotel was 3x cheaper than the hotels located in the city. A great hotel to stay in when you need to be near Seattle, but don’t want to be in the city.

All dishes including cups were only available if checked out. Dirty underwear were found in the pocket of the bed!!

To say breakfast is included is a joke. They provided a coffee bar and a handful of tiny muffins.

They're in the middle of a full on renovation, so it's not fair to rate this place because of that. In the future it would be good to see how it turns out. The rate hopefully reflected this.

Would have liked more areas outdoors to sit. A covered smoking area for guest would be nice since there is nowhere for them

The carpet in my room had multiple holes. About half the plugs worked. The shower did not have much force. The lightbulb next to the bed was burned out.

The employees were amazing! Vincent helped me out the first day.

Breakfast is minimal (granola bars and muffins). But hotel is conveniently located near great breakfast options.

There was no hair dryer in the room. There was one small bar of soap for the shower. There were no shampoo samples.

The breakfast was granola bars placed in a basket in the entrance way.

For the money we paid what was provided for breakfast was very disappointing. The ask is not anything over the top but there should be better and more healthy options for the cost of the room.

Clean comfortable and really important, a quiet room. Good staff that were responsive to anything we needed. Overall a good location and good stay.

Other than check in staff members were difficult to locate. Drains in bathroom were very slow need some attention.

Good location, good laundry facility, Housekeeping personnel were most cheerful staff in the building. Room was super clean. Katie was lovely upon arrival.

There were some maintenance issues with the room. Not enough to call and complain about but a little annoying for $300 a day. Such as a window that would not stay open, A recliner that wouldn't close and latch unless you got out of the chair and then pushed the foot rest hard with your hands. A refrigerator light that didn't turn on, fridge temp not quite cold enough. Okay for short stay with milk and butter but may not be safe for other food storage, and bathroom door that was hard to close and latch. It seemed a bit shabby for the price. I did notify management when I checked out.

I liked being able to get the toaster and coffee pot, having a kitchen was nice. Staff was friendly and responsive when I needed them.

I honestly didn’t feel like I got my moneys worth. I fell like it could have been a cheaper price. The “Complimentary Breakfast” wasn’t as it appeared to be on Booking.com. Granted the Front Desk Clerk clarified what truly was but I came from a different state and didn’t have a choice to go anywhere else. The room smelled funny but it was okay once the A/C unit circulated air.

Great location, lots of places within walking distance. Rooms are specious and clean.

Refrigerator door was filthy and there were dried rose petals around the desk as if it hadn’t been vacuumed. The “breakfast” was a packet of instant oatmeal in a styrofoam cup, plastic wrapped stale muffins, and a granola bar. There was nothing else despite the advertisement stating “breakfast included.”

The location is convenient for certain. That area has gotten so busy that the location helps save time on commute to business meeting. Over the hotel is fine. Exactly what one would expect from extended stay chain.

Booking.com is worthless. Booked 3 nights and was told, after check in, that we could not change our length of stay as we didn’t book directly. Stayed one day snd thankfully the hotel credited us for 1 if the three. Calling Booking.com was a waste of time. Will never use this service again.

Close to places to eat and PCC for food, clean kitchen area, and decent size room to spread out in. Windows opened and there was air conditioning for a choice! This was really only a place as a base, not a destination.

More choices for breakfast. I could have been aware of my stove not working. Maybe a bigger TV. Overall it was nice location and amenities.

Staff was very friendly. The amenities were there just had to ask.
