Dishes were dirty greasy. Shower curtain was very dirty. Bed was uncomfortable and air conditioner blew on bed. Flooring uneven. Breakfast was not kept up on (refilling items).

The only downfall was how uncomfortable the sofa bed was but that wasn’t really a deal breaker. Also just a typical breakfast. Overall everything was great! The staff was friendly. Easy check in and check out. & the deposit was fairly affordable and cheap!

I really loved that it was like a little small apartment, especially with a special needs family and having a child on autism & type 1 diabetic having the 1 bedroom helped a lot. His own space and having a kitchen as well to make food.

The piece in the shower for to use the shower was broken.. When we showered is when it was discovered. We let front Desk know. I figured for the inconvenience I would see a discount. Wasn't much but was charged another $2

This believe that this motel is overpriced. We were in town for a medical procedure, and it hurts to pay so much. I also belong to CHOICE motels, but did not get credit for this stay because I had booked it the wrong way.

The breakfast was good, but not great, considering the price of the mote.l Location was very good.

There was garbage in our room from the previous guests. We had a rather large bug in the bathroom (beetle of some kind). More options at breakfast would be nice.

It was farther from the airport than I expected, the shuttle did not run in the evening, I had to take an Uber. My plane was late and the hotel was closed when I arrived, there was no answer when I called from the airport. I had to check in at the attached Red roof in. The sign on the hotel door said the front desk was open until midnight but it was closed when I arrived at about 11:45 pm. I missed breakfast because I thought the woman at the counter said it went until 10:00 but it only went until 9.

It was clean and comfortable. They provided a shuttle back to the airport in the morning.

the pool and hot tub were awful, very old and small and the hot tub did not work properly. the switch was broken. the hot tub in the weight room area was ok, but the water was always low. also the weight room was terrible. the eights were interchangeable weights and broken, 1 of two treadmills worked and the elliptical was broken.

The staff weren’t friendly and the breakfast was not well refilled. When staff were kindly asked, we overheard them complaining about guests complaining. It was unprofessional.

The rooms felt a little crowded with the couch bed out and the TV can only be seen from the fold up couch. I would also have liked to have paper or plastic cups besides the glass having children

The rooms were nice clean the staff was great friendly it felt secure staying with my children. It was easy to find if not familiar with the area. It was a great improvement from the other places we have stayed I know my family enjoyed it.

There wasn't much we didn't enjoy or not like. The one thing was that there was someone in a van both nights we stayed, that was parked in the parking lot in a dark part, and was sleeping in his van and using the curb as a bathroom area when I walked by while I was out for a smoke. Staff should maybe do rounds on the grounds at night to help keep guests safe. Bathrooms could use a remodel at some point soon 😉

They kept charging my card for random things had to go down and talk to them and get it sorted out. Than the next day it happened again. They said it's because they have new staff. So just waiting on the refund.
