The hot tub had dirt/sand in it; there was rust on the sprinkler heads; the carpet was damp and the room smelled musty/damp.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the water pressure of the shower was AWESOME!!!

cleanliness, it was dirty not only in the room in the halls as well. There were crumbs in the hall that were there all week. There were also crumbs and dirt in the drawer so I didn't use the drawers. You get what you pay for.

There was left over stuff in the refrigerator. There was blood or something on the curtains. The continental breakfast was not stocked very well. Not all the cereal containers had cereal in them. The eggs were cold.

Well, I could tell that a room above had flooded and the ceiling repair job was sloppy. There was dirt and grime visit on the bed cover, and the bathroom had a low quality caulk job around the faucets. The flow in the bathroom was dirty.

The bathroom and overall room quality was lacking. Just a general state of disrepair. Damaged ceiling, furniture to name a couple things.

Need to completely remodel or do some TLC. Bedspread had a burn hole. I had a medical procedure scheduled for 7:15am. Didn’t use the free breakfast but it had a couple of hot items didn’t see any really good continental item

The whole place smelled like air freshener which was very over powering and felt like it was covering things up. The cleanliness was passable in the areas that needed to be clean but other areas seemed run down. The maintenance on the building looked to be done by a non professional. From the mismatched ceiling tiles, to the bathroom walls that seemed to be primed but never painted, the missing lightbulbs in some sockets, loose outlets that would not hold a plug in, worn out office chair, mismatched cusion on chair, missing switch in the bathroom and the watered down apple juice at breakfast in the morning. Many things just seemed to be done on the cheap.

It was one of the cheaper places to stay.

Can hear people in the halls and in other room at all times of the night. Window didn't have blinds on it, just a thin shade that let's in a lot of light from the street lights outside. I was there to run the marathon and it was a little tough to sleep.

Staff was friendly! Check in was easy and the location was nice.

The breakfast needed refilling since the hotel was full. It wasnt refilled cheerfully or without being told. The bathroom was small. The toilet paper tube was falling off and needed maintenance. A lot of equipment was in disrepair. The parking lot was in rough shape.

Beds were nice. Breakfast was decent. The carpeting looked new as were the door locks. There was a pool and a hot tub, but we didn't have time to use them.

This hotel needs a significant update. There was visible water damage in numerous places. It wasn’t unclearly, but the furniture and general facilities were poor and in need of a deep level of replacement.

Staff was friendly and accommodating of our needs.

The building was rundown and didn’t smell good. The room needed a lot of attention and had it poor lighting. The bathroom needed a good cleaning. The linens are old and needed replacement. There were three tiny pillows on a king size bed however, we did get more when we asked. Would not stay here again.

The breakfast was marginal. The staff not very friendly. We witnessed a customer being screamed at by one of the staff for the toast burning and he was told he couldn't have any more breakfast. It was quite disturbing.

The price was good. The property was pretty clean.
