Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesHonestly the hotel is very unclean. I was told they’d change towels every 3-4 days and never did!! House keeping is supposed to go in on Thursday’s but nada. The elevator stopped working on our fourth day there and had to use the stairs. You can’t access the stairway from out side you must go in through the front entrance. Also I find it extremely important to have a smoke alarm in the room where there’s a kitchen but there was no smoke alarm. Also while trying to use the kitchen the lights kept flickering on and off. You do have to pay $5 for a towel exchange keep in mind

Mr Patel and his team were on top of their game striving to see to it that our stay exceeded our expectations! Though the unit we were in had some minor damage from a previous guest, the on site staff worked diligently to ensue that we were happy and well taken care of.

United StatesThe absolute WORST hotel experience ever. First we showed up, there was zero mention on construction going on in the hotel. We became aware of it as we were walking to our first attempted placed room. We couldn't get into the first room or close the door without my full body force because the door was broken. We were put in a second room and it was apart of the "remodeled" rooms. However, it was still DIRTY! Stains everywhere, hair all over the bathroom floor. Tables were sticky. And the TV was wobbly/broken. Everything about this hotel was bad. On top of that, let's add that the power went out one of the nights and NOONE could get ahold of anyone at the property. No back up generators and in the middle of a heat wave. Both Booking.com and Choice hotels attempted to reach the manager. Both calls and emails were left unresponsed. Also to add, as we were in our car cooling down because it was hot in our room, some random people start fighting in the parking lot and cops came, so they do not monitor their parking lots too well considering we went back in and the person didn't even know the cops were there. To add, as a parent, I am so glad I did not have my kids with me. Look at the pictures I posted. This was just on our walk to our room! POWER tools out, drywall plastered all over the hallway floor it wasn't even safe for me to walk around in flip flops just in and out of the hotel. Oh and one more thing, it is a very unsafe feeling to see and know that the the security cameras video is at the front desk on at all times for any guest to view rather, stalk, and enjoy knowing every room guests are in... right from the couch right in the front area, anytime (unless the power is out). The video of every hallway is showing real time, rather or not there is a person at the front desk. And they rarely were, we had to call the number at the front desk and wait for someone to come to it.

That checked me in to a room with no hot water in none of the TVs work .... so I was. Switched to another room same floor but same issues only this room had no latch on the door or boot lock ... the front man james was very polite about the the situation so was the new owner bit it still didn't take away the fear of sleeping somewhere with no links alone with no TV or anything to take my mind off theses thing guys standing around the buying made me very uncomfortable do to me being transgender... I'd never recommend any to stay there I definitely would like to speak with someone in regards to this but could never get intoch with any... I was also placed on the do not rent list because of situation that had nothing to do with me people staying at the hotel uabove me in below me was so loud 4⃣ a second I thought it was intentional.... I'm very disappointed in I pay 103$ a night for 3 or 4 day before the the new owner jayy had told me I could use the choapp in pay 70 bucks ... afull refund would be lovely if possible... I really won't to take further action because I'm homeless transgender in I feel like it had a lot to do with my stay being as uncomfortable as it was ... they assumed things clearly because of hoe I was treated james and jayy we're helpful in made me feel better I'd why I stayed as long as I did but a email or call from corporate would be a lil better so that way u could go into further detail ... United StatesThe guest throw trash in the parking lot. The hotel was just bought by a new owner. They are working on making things better. I clean my own room, so for me it isn't a big deal. I see the staff cleaning things I noticed that need to be clean. That tells me they are working in cleaning the place up. I have seen improvements since I have been here.
The staff is great. My stay was great. I had an issue with my reservations and they were so kind and patient. The manager went above and beyond to fix my reservation. Been here a few weeks and never seen a bug. Staff is good about making sure you have clean sheets and towels. They really try to make you feel welcome and homey.
