I love the double beds with the pull out couch so that me and both my children both had our own space.

The breakfast was dissapointing. There was no fruit of any kind. There was batter for waffles but was taking forever to come out and no butter. There also was only one working ice machine on the third floor.

Room,lobby and dining room were clean. Water was hot and the pressure was good. The beds were comfortable.

Bathroom door would stick at top corner everytime you opened it and make loud noise. It also was in the way of room door.

Not sure that you could call breakfast breakfast... there wasn't much choice and the fruit juices tasted like water with a drop of flavoring.

We had a stopped up sink for two days which we had to call a bout couple of times during our stay. We also had no towels after a couple of days and called three times for fresh ones. We were always told that the towels “were in the dryer”. I think staff was just overwhelmed with full occupancy.

I stayed in this hotel about 4 years ago and liked it. However, it has gone somewhat downhill and could use some renovations. To their credit, they were painting the sidewalk when we got there. Staff was friendly and did let us check in early which was appreciated.

The reason I docked 2 points off this review was because the room we booked was advertised with a complimentary breakfast bar. It’s also the main reason we stayed here and paid more for a room, when we could have went down the street and stayed in the Hilton. I looked before booking and there was no indication that there wouldn’t be a regular complimentary breakfast. In the pictures you could see a waffle maker, a pan of biscuits, bacon, sausage and gravy. As well as cereal and a coffee maker. Anyways, we woke up early and showed up a few minutes after it opened. I wasn’t expecting breakfast in bed or anything like that, but I was expecting the breakfast bar to be full. Literally the only thing there was cold muffins and yogurt. The other thing we didn’t like was how you can hear through the walls. Every word of every conversation and everything else they were doing could be heard. And the pool was closed the entirety of our stay.

The room was clean and we had a decent amount of space. I really liked that there was a couch with pull out bed. There’s 7 of us; 2 adults, 4 teenagers, and a 1 year old. So we had plenty of space to sleep. And there was free WiFi to keep the kids occupied before bed. I really liked the fact that the room was stocked with extra rags, towels, and plenty of pillows! There were enough pillows that each of us had 2! I want to mention again how clean the room was! The maid and/or cleaning service deserve extra recognition! By far one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. I also liked having a microwave and mini fridge in the room! Anyone with small children and/or teenagers knows how often they snack and eat!

Mostly everything. Room not clean underneath bathroom vanity. Roach was in room I killed it ask manager to check into it no one came to the room. Morning staff was briefed no one came to room to clean it he said he'd get staff to the room. Was not informed you had to request clean towels so had to get them and therefore room was left with beds etc.. not taken care of. The night female staff was able to assist and at least we had some clean towels. Feel I should have gotten some type of compensation. When checking out manager was at church was told they'd have him contact me never received a call. Very much dissatisfied with my stay.

You guys should take the cleanliness more serious. The room I had was VERY unacceptable. I stayed here with my three year old and we literally only had a clean bed. Bathroom was disgusting.

It was hard for me to tell. So many things went wrong.
