Too much noise from the highway and too much noise inside from clients. Walls too thin, could hear the person above me using the bathroom (literally)!!! :-(

The fact that we had to pay $25 if we left the trash in the room. The staff wasn’t always available. No ice machine , an no hot breakfast. We had to go somewhere else to purchase breakfast. I shouldn’t have to do that.

It's not that I disliked anything, but the breakfast was average, at best. There were two breakfast muffins available and various granola bars. The coffee was good.

The room handle broke off with us inside. Staff came quickly and moved us to another room but it had a awful smell. Spent one night in this room until our room door was fixed.

The pillow cases had mole. The bathroom sink stopper didn't work. The bathroom sink was clogged up or drained very slow.

Nothing. Entry was small, crowded, and a wet mess. Their systems were down and we couldn't even check in. We ended up having to stay someplace else.

The kitchen was not furnished. Had to ask for dishes and utensils. Hot water worked for the tub but when switched to shower you only got cold water. We asked for either another room or repair the shower . WE WERE IGNORED , no feed back provided although the room next door remained empty and the occupancy rate remained low throughout our 4 day stay. No ice was available. The internet site said breakfast was included but they only had coffee, granola bars & small muffins. (No milk, juice, yogurt or oatmeal, etc.) There were no handicap provisions except for a ramp. The ladies at the front desk were very nice but were not authorized to make decisions. If management were as helpful perhaps our stay would have been acceptable, even given all the other issues.

It was not very clean, there was hair on the floor and stains on the bed (not the sheets, those were clean). It could use a bit of a more thorough cleaning.

The staff was great and very accommodating! The location is also quite good, not too noisy for being next to the highway and plenty of emergency shopping stops near by.

They didn't have a room available when we arrived due to staffing issues. It took over an hour to check in and then we had to split into 2 single rooms. Then we had to change rooms the next day. We were promised compensation for the inconvenience but they tried to renege the next day. Also the breakfast was not as promised. No fruit, just dried up muffins and instant oatmeal, but no spoons to eat oatmeal.

Location was perfect for me was close to my relatives house. Staff was very knowledgeable and was prompt, friendly when giving me my keys.
