We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Water smells and water didn't get very hot. Pool needs maintenance. My granddaughter cut her foot on the pool.

One towel short. No hand soap. Dirty pool. And a very small breakfast selection. The patio section was trashy.
The size and comfort of the room. Location and friendly staff. Nice crib for our little one.

They need to clean the trash cans in the breakfast area. Hot water in the shower wasn't very hot.

The only thing that I was disappointed with was the microwave. We tried popping popcorn and it was not functioning right...
Traveling with 4 minors you want the best breakfast available. There was a variety of items, waffles. eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee and juices 👍. The rooms are spacious and bedding is good.

The side door was did not unlock forcing me to walk way towards the main entrance then way back to the side of the building. The elevator was also not working. I also wish there was a quality water fountain readily available in the main hallways.
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly.

During down time only one “moveable” chair in the room to watch TV.
It was easily accessible. Not a lot of traffic. Close to eating places and unexpectedly close to the location of The Promise play.

The room was ok other than the whole floor was covered with dog hair. We found out after walking in our socks. YUCK!! We also heard a dog barking on our floor one of the evenings we were there. My husband went to telll the cleaning lady to vacuum our floor after we left for the day. She did, just not completely. I did not sleep under the covers, I used my own blanket. The water also had a very bad smell. We bathed in it, just used our bottled water to brush our teeth. Breakfast was OK. We'll look for other accommodations next time.
Manager was very helpful and nice.

It could have been a bit cleaner overall, but it was decent. We did find a big spider in our hotel room which was scary. There was a strange smell in the hallway of our room floor. It smelled like BO.
Breakfast was good and having a Texas shaped waffle maker was a nice touch. The pool are was nice and had a big pool and 2 smaller hot tubs. It was nice that they had extra towels to use by the pool area so we didn’t t have to take any from our room or use our own towels.

The key card reader on our room was a little weird but just told the front desk. There was a HUGE red stain on the carpet by the door but looked like juice had been spilled or something.
We spent alot of time at the pool and we really enjoyed that space.

We did not like the comforter or sheets, very comfortable other than the fact of smelling like pee. I woke up smelling pee not the greatest thing, just very strong smell of pee all over the comforter

Few stains here and there. Only 1 elevator.
It was clean for the most part. Few stains here and there. Breakfast was ok, wasn't the greatest, but im not a fan of hotel breakfast. Only 1 elevator tho. Front desk clerks were nice for the most parts. Cash or venmo only for snacks and drinks and stuff in store, kinda dumb. Would stay here again.

The only issue I had with this property was with room 112. The door did not function right. The door would shut it would not lock on its own. You would have to lift the door handle up with a lot of strength to lock it. As if the door had fallen lower on its hinges and needed a boost up. Then when you would get ready to use your key card to unlock your door from the outside you would have to lift up on the handle instead of push down. It was a little distressing.
Clean room and comfortable bed. Friendly service.
