You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaAdvertised breakfast, it was prepackaged snacks and coffee, no actual food. The rooms were uncomfortable and poorly maintained. Saw a roach. Expensive and disappointing. Oh, and $150 dollar charge that takes 3-5 business days to return to your bank account. OUCH. Will not be stay here again ever.
The staff were the only redeeming feature to this place.

United States of AmericaWhen I arrived to my hotel room, there was already someone residing in it. Apparently, his room had been changed and they forgot to put it in the system. Our new room appeared to be fine when we first arrived but we were only in there long enough to set our things down. When we returned late that night, we noticed that there were roaches in the room. We didn't notify night staff as we didn't see them at the desk. We ended up taking a short nap and left at 6 in the morning.
The staff Eymoni was very friendly and helpful.

United States of AmericaThe rooms quality probably meant my initial expectations, though I do believe with what I got I was overcharged on. The walls felt like they were pretty dry and probably could form cracks if they're not treated. I was provided a suite, which had like a mini kitchen at my disposal in the room which for the most part I didn't use on my visit. I did however utilize the refrigerator that was provided for some leftovers I brought back with me, and all the leftovers will find the next morning because they were mainly cookies, I didn't know that the refrigerator was abnormally at room temperature at best. The biggest offender I encountered of the value of what I have purchased was the water supply the hotel seem to have on demand. When I went to take a shower in the morning to get ready to leave, I noticed that the water coming out of the shower faucet was fluctuating between half the power it should have been and just barely trickling any water. This wasn't a problem for the shower exclusively, when I try turning on the water in both the bathroom and kitchen sink, only a small bit of water was coming out if none at all. It was only when I flushed the toilet that seem like the water supply came rushing back into all the faucets, if only temporarily, which should never be the case.
The person I meant at the front desk was nice enough to accommodate for our needs and services. When I thought the door was jammed, they came up with me to see if they can unjam it for me which they did. The size of the room itself was pretty spacious too for one person to stay in, maybe even two if someone else was with me. In the bed was comfortable enough for me to immediately fall asleep once I hopped in.
