Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. The hotel does need upgrades, mainly the mattresses were very spongy and pillows very extremely squeezed to become super thick and small. My room locker was out of battery and door wasn't closing properly without force, but easy fixes.
Good and very helpful staff. Decent breakfast and good parking. Not too far from university of wisconsin, so that worked well. It is going through renovation so that's really helpful. They do have a large swimming pool and hot tub and gym that i didnt get a chance to use. Really great value for money, especially if you are just going to spend the nites there

Please know I get what it’s like to work in hospitality but I did find that the reception people as well as those working breakfast could have been a bit friendlier. However - it was the reception at check in that could have maybe put in a bit more effort. Maybe it was just a long day though.
We absolutely loved the pool area and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

WiFi did not work for streaming services. More ice machines in the building would have been nice. Only one was on the first floor down the hallway from teh desk.

Breakfast was crowded, hard to find a table. The hotel itself was a little worn ( worn carpet, some peeling paint). Needed an update.
The room was spacious and the bed and bedding were comfortable. There was a very good restaurant attached to the property and we really enjoyed the food. There was plenty of free parking. There was a pleasant walking trail behind the property. It was clean and reasonably priced. Fridge and microwave in the room. Plenty of food at breakfast.

Refuse to check anyone in before check in time (OK), but then have one person at the desk with a line out the door when check in starts. Front desk staff were not very friendly. Litter on grounds outside.
Room space, climate control, quiet, and bed comfort. Breakfast staff were great.

We stayed in the second building so was a little inconvenient.
Property was close to the attractions we went to see including EPIC. Had a pool and was quiet at night.

The breakfast was half empty, and what was there was undercooked (sausage), the juice was broken, and out of other juices. Things were taking FOREVER to be re-filled.
It was clean, the pool/hot tub was amazing. The room was clean.

There was no way 5 could have slept in 2 beds. The man running the breakfast was struggling to keep up.

Having the man stand there on his phone watching people get food, but not filling it back up.. a pan had a heater thing burning away and literally nothing inside, but you could see maybe potatoes might have been in it. The bad made noise every time you moved.

The receptionist at check in wasn't friendly. Breakfast was basic.
