The water was out 2 times while I was there. Plumbing issues during my stay. No water for 2 different days for more than an hour each time.

The place is very good as far as value.

Everything was great until night time, I was in the room down the hall from the lobby & staff. There was VERY LOUD VOICES throughout the night finally the front desk said for them to go to their rooms. Then comes morning with staff slamming the doors preparing breakfast at 5am. Please be more respectful for people do need rest to drive safely! Oh flip your mattresses. The Mattress was great other than body dips. 🤗

The value was a great location with a nice breakfast ! The staff was nice!

The light in the shower didn't have a cover and I had to adjust the shower head because it had water spraying out the side. The smoke detector was missing and there was hair all over the bedspread and sheets.

The location is off of the highway, and there is a good amount of parking.

They should fix their laundry room( the washing machines and the dryers were not working), give us daily drinking water, add more continental food to their breakfast. I saw a 3 or 4 baby cockroaches out of my 14 days.

The location does not have an elevator. I had two big bags that my husband had to carry up the stairs.

The location was great for me because it was close to where I needed to go to handle some business.

Having to walk up and down the stairs but I understand bc it's just 2 floors. My mom and I stayed for 2.5 weeks and she's 77 and I have back problems so we moved to first floor after a few days. And rude people letting their doors slam closed at 5:30 am every morning but I got up and asked him to stop and he finally did. It wasn't just one time, it was about 7xs between 5:30-6:30am every morning till I said something.

The staff was always nice and helpful, the breakfast was good and place was clean. My mother is 77 and I have back problems so we didn't like going up and down the stairs but later we moved to the first floor. Our electricity was out due to the storm on May 28th so we were close to home. We stayed 2.5 weeks. Overall our stay was nice. Oh and the beds were comfortable.

Didn't have housekeeping for the 4 days we were there till we were checking out. The shower was also broken in the unit and only ran hot water no cold. I also requested a king-size room and got a queen.

The hotel smelled like weed all day everyday. The room smelled humid and when I asked to check out on the first day, they told me I could not get a refund.

The hotel is located at a convenient location right off the highway. They had breakfast every morning which was a plus.

The bathtub was outdated. The sheets had mold that had been washed into the sheets. The building was not well secured(easy access into the building from the side door).

The location is very accessible to the highway.

The staff was unhelpful. Didn't clean room asked for clean towels they told me to bring the dirty towels to front desk then they will give clean ones. Front desk told us we can use washing machine for guests and after putting money and clothes in the machine I realized machine wasn't working. There was stale water in the machine which stunk up our new clothes and they refuse to have housekeeping to wash clothes. He claimed housekeeping all went home and didn't know what to do next. We asked him to contact his manager he said she won't be back until Monday and we're leaving today Sunday. We have to drive 14 hours with smelly clothes. They were new clothes that we brought for this trip. Couldn't close bathroom door. Had to lift up and slide door. Toilet seat loose brother tighten it up and fix the chain in the toilet. Water was leaking on the side on the floor. I felt they could gave done something to help he didn't want to leave his desk.

This stay, the floors and shower area could be cleaned better. I cleaned them myself. I had the maid service remove sheets and replace them with clean ones, sheets smelled and looked used. Staff were young and not into customer service or greeting or talking to customers and making them feel welcome to the hotel.

Nice room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, and location was great for my needed area.. I have stayed in the hotel many times and enjoy the hotel.

Traffic in front and train behind so very noisy. No lamp by either side of the bed. Cleaning supplies had a terrible smell.

Breakfast was fine. Price reasonable.

Smoke alarm was removed from the ceiling and placed in a drawer (probably needed a new 9V battery). Air conditioner had a noisy compressor. Hotel does not have a luggage trolley and does not have an elevator.

Room had every amenity. Was a bit old, but clean. Easy access on and off Central Expressway.

Staff was nice but constantly on there phones, probably wouldn't know if you came or went by them.
