Elevator broke again

When I checked in they automatically changed me from a single room on the second floor to a first floor room as I have trouble with stairs and the elevator was down.

The bathroom item( soaps, shampoo, conditioner) were extremely cheap and smelled bad. The rooms were renovated but the bathtub/shower combo needed updated due to chipping and rusting.

The renovation was nice and modern. The bed was comfortable and clean. I appreciated the mini fridge.

The mattresses were not that comfortable. We were on the 1st floor and could hear every time a door was opened and closed. It's like it rattled the walls.

The hotel seemed clean. Location was great, with a lot of restaurants and stores close by. The indoor pool was nice to have. Breakfast was sufficient.

While the place was being renovated, there were several items in my room that needs attention 1. The lock was bad, I had to lift up on it to close it. 2. I had to have my key reprogrammed 4 times. 3. The bathroom door doesn’t lock 4. The faucet in the bathroom splashes on you if you turn it all the way on. 5 no place to put your clothes (no drawers). The staff was very friendly and helpful with all issues.

The pool was closed in the dead of summer. I wish it was 2 queen beds and not Full beds it made for a rough night of sleep.

Some of the staff is lazy ! The room keys not wrong after one time used .

The hotel was doing renovations! The whole hotel the pool was not open ! The room keys would work one time and we had to keep getting new keys! Got a little sick and the elevator didn’t. Work had to walk up three floors no help from staff key to room didn’t work! They decided to wait for the elevator! While I laid suck on their floors! But the rooms were nice the hotel will look very nice once they are finished

First two nights all of the parking spots were filled and I had to park on the curb.

I loved that the room I was in was newly renovated and mostly clean! I love that it’s close to everything food and shopping.

All the noise outside sounded like big trucks and something dropping. But it did not disturb my sleep it stop around 10-11pm.

This completely smoke-free hotel was great, but there was no area for me to sit outside and enjoy the evening air.

Breakfast was the standard continental style. Wish they would have had a no-pork option such as turkey for the breakfast sandwichs/

The room wasn’t even close to looking like a “suite” let alone feel or sleep like one it was pathetic and it even had a broken bathroom door and a stench only god could name “mildew” maybe smell coming from my a/c that got so bad to the point I had to smoke a joint to try and mask it for ourselves

it was really dirty. the stairways had bags of trash and food crushed into the carpet. there is minimal parking upfront and as a mom with small children walking from the back of the hotel to the front in the dark was not fun. there was also someone doing drugs in the parking lot which made it scarier.

AC didn't seem to be working well and our room ended up being like 87 °F. The location doesn't have much to do for vacation unless you're going for business. Doesn't have as much restaurants nearby.

We liked that they had silverware, sugar, salt, coffee ,etc all ready to be used including jelly packets. People staying in the hotel were nice as well as staff. Place is very clean , under very good cleaning management.
