Outside doors either unlocked or wouldn’t open with key card. Marijuana and cigarette smells in hall. Hotels need to enforce their rules against smoking. Price high for a hotel of this class. Damage to rooms caused by clientele. Again, enforcer damage penalty.

Large clean comfortable room. Comfortable bed. A great location. Nice staff.

1. I reserved a King studio but when we got to our room, we found we were given a Queen with no explanation. When I went to the desk to inquire, I was told I had reserved the Queen. When I showed my confirmation stating the King room, I was then told they had no record of it and no more King rooms available. 2. Bed was quite uncomfortable. 3. Bathroom was not 100% clean. 4. It seemed like furniture was missing from the room. No desk or nightstand.

The advertise there was a open Breakfast grab and go there was not the towel rack the hair dryer and the kitchen nook was all falling apart not up to date the people that were staying there were not friendly and safe not a place to go with young children.. there is no quiet time noises all throughout the night. I as a grown adult was not feeling safe

No breakfast provided. Not told that there would be dogs in the rooms next to mine and across from me. Refrigerator noise kept me from sleeping. Had to disconnect it from wall which meant the next day I had to clean up the water it discharged. Water continuous leaking from shower faucet. Pealing furniture, visible hole drilled into the cabinet on which the tv was placed.

Spacious. Had a kitchenette in the room. Location, easy to get out of and into highway. Low noice despite being close to the highway. Bed was comfortable. Felt "safe" in the location.

The cleanliness was a disappointment. There was hair in the shower. Counters needed to be wiped down. Trim is coming apart on counters. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. Blood on the bed sheets. They gave me the run around for a refund. The manager would not call me back. She ironically was always too busy to deal with my concern. I had to drive back to the location and speak to the assistant manager. The assistant manager just got done dealing with other issues and was ready to tell me no for a refund. With no reference, she said I was in the room for over an hour. I was only in the room for 15-20 mins. She implied that the blood may have just gotten there after I checked in. Luckily, the staff member that was there the previous night came in to validate my story. You can tell by the condition of the building it was going to be a fight to get my refund. She finally gave the refund but said I need to take pictures next time.

The smell , garbage , condition of the room is bad . Sink base is broken door looks like someone tried to break in and the furniture is scratched up. Refrigerator is dirty and the air vent on the stove is disgusting

The alarm that went off worked us up it lasted for a very long time where we overslept and wasn’t able to make it to breakfast because of it and the room had this weird smell to it

As soon as you walked in and throughout the hallways it smelled like weed and was not very likable. When we came back from being out our card didn’t work which was very odd. There is no ice machine where you have to make your own ice which is uncommon.

No breakfast. Wondered about the safety when I saw the plexiglass In reception.

Close to highway, shops and restaurants. Went for a funeral for one night so it was clean and comfortable enough for our purposes.

You could tell the facility was short staffed. The desk clerk wasn't sure if our room was available at 4pm because of only 1 housekeeper. The elevator floor was dirty. There was no remote for the tv, the one we received from the front desk didn't work. Couldn't use the dresser because 2 of the drawers were broken. No light in the refrigerator.

The room was spacious, there were enough towels, the bed was comfortable, plenty of outlets.

The free Wifi wouldn't work, couldn't get computer to connect. Asked for help at front desk and was given a phone number that was disconnected. Room smelled like smoke, despite no smoking. Very dated. Breakfast there was no coffee at 8am, and no one around to refill.

When I to into the room I noticed that the bathroom light was not working. I reported this but in the 3 days of my stay this was not rectified, so I had to shower and shave in light cast into the room from the hallway:( The room did not have crockery and cutlery in the room as standard and I needed to ask reception for this, which was provided although not particularly nice quality.

The room was fine in size and the bed comfortable. The reception staff when I checked in (Philesia) was very helpful, others less helpful (though not unhelpful). Workspace was sufficient.

The walls were super thin. The bed was lumpy and the sheets were really stiff and bothered my skin. A ice machine would have been nice.

The breakfast was disappointing, and the hallways needed cleaning. There was a lot of noise from other tenants. There was no reading light.

There are a lot of restaurant options around the location, and it's easy to get to the highway.

i didnt like how the key reader was broken so no guest were able to get a room key . staff had to break in for u to get in.

The bathroom door didn't close, and the room definitely needed painting. The ceiling above the front desk was leaking. The overall quality has diminished at both Rochester locations to Motel 6 level.
