They charged me for my room told Me I couldn’t check In and the price online was 234 I paid 277 earlier that day and when I went to check in they charged me 50$ and the staff member said “ they took your money and ain’t tell you that you had to pay 50 more dollars “ I paid and I had to tell the tv was broke it didn’t work and they were just very unprofessional for the price I paid

United StatesThe pit bulls, the smoking at the front & only entrance! My husband had a black pit bull dog lunged at him! Dog crap in the hallway! The elevators & carpets were not cleaned. Food cigarettes butts, etc outside on the ground in front of the building. I booked & paid $201.00 for the room, front desk stated my room was not paid cost us 300.00 ($50 deposit, $50 pet fee) Now I have to work on getting back my booking money! Never will stay there again!!

Microwave was disgustingly dirty, trash from previous guest was not disposed of by housekeeping. Found dead roach on floor when checked in. Front desk was rude and not helpful . They act like they are bothered when asking them questions.

First room they gave us hadn't been renovated since the '80s, plus finding an empty condom wrapper in the nightstand UGH Went to front desk for room change, this one wasn't much better, bathroom floor disgusting, AC ridiculously noisy. Back again to the front desk for a 3rd room... this one was also old, but clean, and the AC worked well so we took it. Nice lady at the front desk said she'd leave a note for the manager to contact me.... we were there a week, no call, no text, no note, no messages. F for the managerial staff. Oh, and there's NO employees on premises for 12 hours every day. Disgraceful. Why do I use the word DUMP? I'll tell you.... homeless people sleeping on the property, in the parking lot, in the stairwell... garbage strewn all around.... and "extended stay"??? Please... NO fitness room, no pool, nothing but two vending machines, and the "kitchen" in the room??? OMG A two position hot plate cooking surface that would be insufficient in a college dorm room... NO PLATES, NO CUTLERY, NO CUPS, NOTHING !!! How do you call this extended stay when you provide ZERO !!! Stained carpets, peeling paint, damaged counters... the ONLY thing this property has going for it is a convenient location.
