The front desk staff was at check in was rude. She insisted that I was looking at the keypad wrong even though nothing was coming up. She also tried to make us pay for the room twice after we'd already paid for it online. The deposit was high. Most places I've been to are $50. $100 made our tight budget for a medical trip even tighter. The breakfast is oatmeal, granola, and muffins. It's only a good value if you like all of it. The set up of the TV isn't ideal because it doesn't face the bed. Also there is no coffee in the room when you arrive. Coffee would've been nice after driving four hours to get there. Even in dirt cheap motels, they'll have a coffee pot and coffee in the room, but not here.

The bed was comfortable, clean and a great price. The roll-in shower was great addition. The front desk staff at checkout was nice.

Most of the front desk staff weren't as knowledgeable about the company's process of extending a stay which caused us to loose over $120 for paying for the same room twice in one day!! That's why Kenya was assigned to the property to train staff to prevent this issue from happening to other people!!

The location was great, close to a mall, grocery stores, shops, restaurants, etc. The staff trainer, Kenya was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the company's process. All the custodial staff were extremely nice and took their work seriously, reflecting in the cleanliness of the room and facility.

I requested properties with a pool from Booking.com. There WAS a pool, but I was told that it wouldn’t be open until after Memorial Day, and then it needed to be inspected… I was there for more than a week after Memorial Day but no pool. Booking needs to do better research. Also Booking said there would be housekeeping at least once in an 8 day stay. i stayed 10 days but was told housekeeping only after 2 weeks. once again Booking, poor research.

The room was very comfortable. it was a bit shabby, but clean and nicely set up. There was a kitchenette and I was provided with dishes and pots and pans so I could cook. there was a desk with office chair and a comfortable recliner.

I booked and paid for the room in full 3 days before my arrival. When I arrived they told me they overbooked and did not have my room, and gave me no assistance in finding another hotel. I have been booking hotels for almost 40 years and this is the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.

cleanness for families spending their monies for these over priced room ridiculous and a muffin and tea is not Breakfast. I really would like a refund for all I encountered.

the mattress is NASTY AND YELLOW ridiculous I had to get sleeping blankets to put on the beds. extra money I didn't have to spend. however I did take a video. they moved me then that room had a odor so strong it made me throw up and my husband and Daughters too. the night clerk couldn't even come in the room the odor was that strong. Mildew/mold something dead.wih the air on the odor was extra strong.

The room was very smelly, even lobby was smelly. Surprisingly no room service on weekends, Used same towels for two days. Our toilet was flooded, we were fortunate to find a lady staff who helped, as I mentioned no room service on weekends. They advertised breakfast including, but only Coffee and some protein bars were as a breakfast . Over all very bad experience.

There was unexplained construction going on in the lobby and hallways. Our room was adjacent to the housekeeping area. It advertised breakfast, but it was a small assortment of packaged muffins, trail bars, and coffee.

Once we were inside our room, it was acceptable. The bed was comfortable.
