Pool and jacuzzi were down . We should have been notified so we could have switched hotels. Or offered at a discount :(

It was clean quiet and close to the airport. The breakfast was very good they had hot cheese omelettes and real butter for the toast. The pool and jacuzzi was out of service. I believe this needs to be told to the customer as that was especially what we went for. Spoke with another person about the pool being down and it had been down for a week already waiting for a part to come was disappointed. We had fun anyway and it was a beautiful facility.

This place could definitely use some updates - the hallway ceilings had water damage and were leaking. The rooms bathroom paint was peeling away due to water damage. The house keeping was not the best. There was an old donut beside the microwave stand. The conditioner bottle was used prior to our stay and was left in the room. The room needed to be vacuumed again. Upon checking out the man at the front desk stayed on his phone the entire time.

The beds were very comfortable. The check in was very easy and quick. The room was very spacious and the bathroom.

Wasn’t made aware u needed to ask for housekeeping during 2 night stay until we came back to room nothing had been done to room no fresh towels or trash had been tooking out.

There was only one light in the bathroom. No fan in the bathroom and one of the lightbulbs was being held in with toilet paper.

Staff was friendly when you could find them. Rarely at front. Breakfast ends earlier than most. Pool was older and light was literally dangling out with a very very strong chlorine oder.

Great value for price. Location was great and they worked with us on early check in.

Phone line was down before I arrived and tried to contact the property.

Room is spacious, bed is comfortable. No chance to have breakfast. Front desk lady provided coffee to me at my request when it was after 6pm.

I hung a do not disturb sign on the door but a cleaning person entered anyway, i was alone and felt violated as i didn't know he was a worker, when i called the manager they said he was busy, when i went down to check out the manager wasnt in the building and a week later I never received a call from him. choice hotel did get a complaint from me and they agreed it was unacceptable, refunded my stay in points and said they would let the owner know. My real issue is with Booking.com because they say cancel anytime but have NO PHONE to call. so i couldn't cancel thus booking and had to use this hotel.

Bed was comfortable, the room was clean. Breakfast was good, desk worker (female) was very helpful as was the transportation.

The bathroom was in need of an exhaust fan. You could see where the paint was peeling off the ceiling near the bathtub due to moisture. The bathtub also had a chip in it. The couch in the room was a little shabby.

Check in and out was quick and easy. I really enjoyed the layout of the room, and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel shuttle was not running when I arrived at the airport and it took quite a while to get an Uber. I had called the hotel ahead of time to ask about the shuttle but wasn't told the service ended at a specific time.

Clean and comfortable, nice breakfast. We recently started trying out Comfort Inns. The price of hotels has kept creeping up and we were looking for a less expensive alternative to hotels we usually stay at. We have been pleasantly surprised at how good the Comfort Inn is for the money.

The pool was good after they fixed the light, the beds were comfy, the shower was amazing with so many settings, and the staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was always delicious and changed up a little each day.
