After I checked in I was informed that the pool was not open due to an accident in the pool. This was one of my reasons for booking at this hotel. I was also given a room down stairs and the room located above me on the second floor was noisy.

Breakfast was ok. Choices were limited. I booked with Comfort Inn because they had an indoor heated swimming pool. Unfortunately after I checked in I was informed that the pool was not open due to an accident in the pool.

The housekeeping staffed was very unprofessional did not clean or offer to clean my room once. I had to get my own new laundry and throw my trash.

Front desk person was amazing. The facility was good. No complaints about the building or anything in it.

The AC wasn’t working. We were lucky it was early evening when we returned to our room and it was windy and cooler outside. I was exhausted and didn’t want to change rooms.

The breakfast was not so good. They only had 2 hot items, little round egg like things and sausage patties. The coffee was always running out, and not very good. No half and half, just a fake creamer.

Where to start. Floor was dirty in our room when we arrived. There were stains on the comforter. The hot tub was broken. Breakfast was sparse and cold coffee. Staff very nice though.

The carpet in the room had not been vacuumed. We found toenail clippings all over the floor in front of the sofa and there were red food stains in another spot.

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good and plentiful, and the staff was friendly.

The beds were EXTREMELY soft!! I woke up with back pain because of it .. Our mirror in the bathroom had stuff smeared all over it, there was trash in the couch, trash under the counter in the bathroom and dried up ketchup on the little counter where the microwave was.. Empty tissue, empty little hand lotion in the bathroom, used hair conditioner bottle.. And the back of around the bathroom door was dirty or rusted dripped or something.. Finally the pool was closed. Because of white algae.. Kids were extremely disappointed!!

The staff was extremely nice!! I really liked her.. I should've got her name but worked at the front desk, she was there when I checked in and when I checked out..

My microwave in my room smelt of burnt noddles amd had burnt noodles all over was not clean . On one bed, the blankets were not changed they had stains all over it I had to use my own blankets

The lady at the front desk when we arrived was not at the desk right away (which is totally fine) but when we rang for her she came out a little annoyed at us. Also, when we came down for breakfast (which was not that late into the breakfast time. 7am I believe) There were many things not replenished like forks and coffee and we couldn't find anyone around to tell about it.

The room was clean and comfy and the pool and hot tub area were clean and enjoyable.

That the tv was not working. We had to figure it out on how to make it work. The cord was not plugged into the tv. It should have been connected

My stay was very confortable. At first we could not get the tv to work but figure it out after 30 minutes. They should have the phone number or extension to reach the front office we could not find it.

Kept getting locked out of room- (keys didn’t work). Bathroom was not clean- no shower curtain, sink leaked into trash can 😧

The beds were smaller than advertised. There were crumbs and hairs all over the bedspreads and in the bathroom. Lots of hair and dust on the ice bucket. Hair in the shower and around the toilet. The pool was extremely cold and there were a lot of hard water stains around it. There's a very odd window from the front desk office into the pool and the employees would just randomly stare at us.

The breakfast was very good. The beds were comfortable. We were able to be accommodated and receive a room on the ground floor which was appreciated. The view is beautiful in the morning, it's in a good spot to pull off the road and rest and then easily get back on course.

People were not that friendly. they did give an extra towel when I asked. I didn't like that there were such small shampoo and conditioner not enough for 2 people that's for sure. Definitely did not like that people were smoking and it was advertised as non-smoking hotel.

Food was good, didn't like that when I entered the first-floor lobby and hall reeked of Marijuana smoke. I thought it was a non-smoking facility. Even in the lobby you could smell the smoke. The remodel was nice.
